Arrived at 11:19am and when I walked in I saw there Guacamole and turned around and left because it was brown and gross looking!!! I like these restaurants but it being this early in the day and the guacamole is already brown tells me it's not fresh!!! Poor quality food here

Visited this chipotle at 8:58 pm on a Saturday night. Signs were posted that they were out of chips.. cool. I think most of us come for the Mexican style bowls and burritos anyway. However once started to order and bowls prepped, no fajita veggies for my fiancés veggie bowl? and then little to no pinto beans either .. restaurant closes at 11pm on Saturday according to google.. Is it normal to not have key ingredients prepared let alone the ability to not provide more at 9pm on a Saturday night when you close at 11pm? Strange but if you’re going to advertise on your doors that you don’t have chips, you should make your customers aware that you also don’t have typical ingredients that complete the chipotle bowl BEFORE your customer starts to order. Hangry to say the lease

Asked for a bowl with chicken, my girl before me, got a big scoop, they then, only had about a quarter scoop, as it was my bowls turn for chicken the employee instead of go get more chicken, decided to slide my bowl down to the next person with not even close to $11 worth and I got the attitude when I said I wasn’t ganna pay full price for half the portion,

I love Chipotle. I ordered my food online to pick up when I arrived to have lunch with friends. The food was cold, and the meat was hard. Lesson learned won't do that again.

Ordered Chipotle through Doordash. Homeboy brought my bag with the seal open and was missing drinks for my kids and the chips with thier meals. Yall don't know how to read a receipt but want $20+ an hour? Homeboy from door dash just said they said it was all in there and to call door dash. Yall suck. Quit using door dash to deliver yalls food these people don't care

Don't get me wrong the food is bomb! But this burrito person was literally touching the chicken, rice, and the beans . I mean isn't that like what the spoon is supposed to do!?! ? Please chipotle manger ? tell them to stop touching the food with their gloved hands. It's really disgusting

Definitely like the food, portions were too little for my appetite, the server could have hooked it up
Ordered catering for 25 people. Absolutely plenty of rice and lettuce and vegetables not a lot of meat, three of their medium size containers is what they consider will feed 25 adults… when I called to see if I got shorted, they said they put enough chicken that should’ve been in a large into a medium container, they all look like they’re filled the same amount to me.

grabbed a veggie bowl around 745pm because i’m vegan . the server told me after i got to the sautéed veggies that they didn’t have any. Mind you it’s around 730-745 that’s my favorite part of the veggie bowl but because i was hungry and i was visiting my friends and family i decided that i wouldn’t walk out . but i ask the server could i get extra guacamole instead since they was out of sautéed veggies. well the managers said “ no i’m not giving you a premium item for veggies” i ask the rude manager what can i have in compensation of them not making anymore veggie he said more pico smh . come to find out this rude manager is the general manager. i remember the time when you create solutions for your customers now these mangers are lazy and thinking they owned the ingredients. i hope that the can fix the shortage. i also heard them tell a lady the didn’t have barbocua again this is 745 pm i hope they get it together over there .
