I came in at 9:45pm, did not get a greeting. It felt awkward walking in. I wanted to get some good foods before going home but ended up walking out with nothing because the selection they had was NOTHING. I asked if they were making more and they said no…. What’s the point of being open until 11 if there’s nothing to sell….

Went to get a burrito bowl for lunch. Cashier mistakenly charged the person in front of me for my order. Cashier should have called manager and fixed error. Instead all she said was sorry about that and bagged the orders separately. I gave the young lady in front of me the $20 bill I was going to use for my order. In my opinion this was totally unacceptable.

First off I’m not fat shaming but to make sure I call out the right employee who is a plus size working the register so you can narrow down who this employee is. I went to the restaurant to pickup an order and like I do at every restaurant (I do DoorDash on the side) I did not see my order on the rack and then ask an employee where my order is which they will let me know they are finishing it. I asked said woman but was told in a condescending tone that if it was not on the rack it was not ready. I stood back with a customer who complained to me he had ordered his meal online 30 minutes ago. He said “I could have gone through the line three times and it would have been quicker”. I work in hospitality and observing that cashier I’m really not sure why you hire rude people, clearly saw her mechanically thank customers and clearly see she didn’t mean it, not to mention how she treated other staff. It took almost 10 minutes before I got the order while you could see only 6 people in line with the same amount of employees?! I don’t know where management was, if it was her then shame on you Chipotle.

My friends wanted to go there for lunch and I had not been there in a long time so I agreed to go. Ordered the bowl and got white rice with cilantro, chicken, pico de gallo, cheese lettuce, corn and guacamole but they omitted the guacamole. Got lots of rice but very little chicken and their prices went up. I also got a drink with my meal. I am not fond of this fast food Mexican place & do not intend to eat there any time soon.

They love to hide the online orders in the back instead of using the rack, then they ignore you for 5+ minutes when you walk in and wait by the rack. Its completely backwards and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. People walk in behind you and get their orders made faster.

Weird vibes from the night shift employees. Came in at 6:45pm. I was the only one in there, and they didn’t give me extra rice, despite asking AND getting a veggie with basically nothing but rice on it. Also ALL four of them watched me say two sides of pico and all said and did nothing. And I looked the girl that I could tell was the lead for the night, and was at the end bagging, and asked AGAIN and she ROLLED her eyes at me and called out for sides of pico. Still being that us 5 were the only ones in the room… super weird. Super bad vibes and bad service. Horrible attitudes and literally for no reason. I was just trying to get a burrito. And a SIMPLE one at that.
