Put meat in a vegetarian bowl, chips were dripping grease, found a gnat inside the bowl as well. I have already contacted corporate offices and store. I promise I’m not trying to be “that” customer but this isn’t healthy for folks to consume. It’s pretty nasty.Vegetarian options: Cross contamination is a concern

Was pretty let down today at lunch. I come here every so often, and normally the employees are pretty nice. I was in my military uniform today - but am also a law enforcement officer - and asked if they still did the law enforcement discount (which is extremely generous and kind on Chipotle’s part) and showed him my ID, but then he said that he can’t do it if not in City Law Enforcement Uniform. I’ve come here probably 3 times in the past 4 months, and each time - regardless of what I’m wearing - they honor the discount. The male employee with the bleached blonde hair was a little standoffish about the matter, and a bit discourteous. I’m not sure I’ll come back here.

A quick bite on a trying day. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Employee botched my reward and misapplied it so i still had to come out of pocket for a free entree. Last week the same exact employee double charged me for queso when I ordered one, and when I asked if I could get my money back he looks me dead in the eye and says, “do you actually want your refund?” I’m sorry but i can’t with this place anymore. I come here every Tuesday and it’s either me or a coworker that has some sort of issue. Wasted an hour plus on chat with customer service for them to tell me sorry but there’s nothing we can do.

I stopped by yesterday and there was a worker that kept coughing all over the food while serving and not wearing a mask. Now tonight I have her cough! I should’ve left when I saw her do that to the guy in front but I drove very far to this location because sometimes when certain workers are here the food is really amazing! Yesterday it was a complete miss.. it’s unsanitary. We got kinda grossed out and could hardly eat the food… Wasted money 50$ just to end up getting sick :(

I'm not a Chipotle fan to begin with, but this location is an exception. Everything always tastes fresh, staff is well trained and friendly (not to mention friendly with portions) and they've always been speedy.
