This place is ALWAYS out of something and they don’t even leave a sign that lets the customer know until it’s too late. The place has also been dirty every time I have gone here and I am confident that this location is the worst in the Springs. The workers were also telling the customers that they were not serving lettuce because the online customers had priority for it and they were running low…… eat here at your own risk.

This is my favorite Chipotle location by far! I have been coming here since it first opened, and the food always tastes the best at this location. I got my usual steak salad, I like how the salad now comes with mixed greens because I don't like iceberg lettuce. The salad also comes with their honey vinaigrette dressing, and if you've never tried that before, you are missing out! You don't have to order a salad to try the dressing and I recommend you do! Also, there is only one difference between a salad and a bowl, the salad comes with mixed greens. That means you can still get all the other ingredients you want and make it your own. We ordered our food to go, and I always make sure to grab their forks to use because they are the best. This location can be busy at times, but I have noticed that since a new location opened up, it's not as busy, but be sure to wait if you didn't order ahead. The staff here are welcoming and will serve you quickly. I much prefer this location over any other.

As long as you don’t order through UberEats or DoorDash it’s fine. When you order delivery the employees barely give you anything. I paid extra for double chicken and this is what they sent me. It’s happened 4 times already. Over it. Garbage location and garbage employees

I know Chipotle has been skimping their portion sizes recently but it's on another level here.I came in and ordered a burrito and a bowl and didn't even get a full scoop of rice in either, got a single pinch of barbacoa meat which wasn't even a full pinch, and they were out of majority of the toppings 2 hours before they had to close. It looked like the employees couldn't care at all to stock anything up either.I am only writing this review even when I hardly ever write any reviews because alongside today's experience, the past several times I came to this location the white rice has been raw to the point where I got brown rice this time just to see if it would be any better which news flash, the brown rice was raw today as well. Unfortunately, this location just has to be the one right next to my house but it just seems like Chipotle doesn't really care about quality control or management at their stores anymore.

I find it funny that every low star review has a note to contact customer service and let them know and you would be contacted. We have heard absolutely nothing from sending in anything over the last year. On multiple occasions myself or my boyfriend has ordered food and we end up with awful service, and disappointing food. Usually being the wrong order, missing major parts, or insanely small portions. We reach out to customer service and hear nothing back. Ever. Other similar restaurants respond to every email and corrects what has been wronged. Chipotle ignores their customers and doesn’t seem correct issues in locations so why continue to support a company who clearly cares nothing about its patrons. I’ll stick with qdoba.
Out of tortillas, fajitas, steak, and chips. Very disappointed.

This is probably the worst Chipotle in Colorado Springs, it's unfortunate that it happens to be the closest one to my house. I went there last night before 9 PM, so over two hours until they close, and they were out of more than half of the food on the line. I'm not sure if they were actually out or if the employees were too lazy to do dishes at that time, but again, it was over two hours until closing time. The employees were less than friendly too and when I asked for a small amount of hot sauce, because they were out of the medium, the gentleman just gave me the full amount and didn't even hear the words I said apparently. It ruined my burrito bowl which I had to get because they were out of tortillas. I wish I could say I won't be back to this Chipotle, but there isn't anywhere else near my house that I can get affordable somewhat healthy food. If it keeps up like this I will stop going to this location. I guess the owner replied to me just to provide a link that doesn't even work, I guess this is just the new standard. What happened to this company?

Was there on Super Bowl Sunday only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted because they were ill prepared and did not prepare in the morning then had some smart a$$ kid At the checkout. Management was not supportive of my complaint, and neither was the manager when I complained online, so save yourself the hassle and don’t go to this location You want to be disrespected and have nasty food.
