Updating the review July 5, 2024. Still could use a street taco spot, maybe a coffee bar and a self serve Ramen bar like they have overseas ?. The front three stalls are constantly changing. Not sure if it's due to not getting traction or it's a short term lease and part of the deal.
Edit: went back and I can't help but compare it to Legacy food hall in Dallas. They had 3 times more food venues than we do. I think space is the issue but I feel like we can amp up the options here. There's only 4 or 5 spots to grab food from and the other 3 are bars. May I suggest a taco shop and more street food style vs trying to be Denver hip?
Had ramen from anju and it was alright. Not alot of noodles, which I know is not a terrible thing, but it's a ramen bowl. I was hoping for more noods. The broth had an odd taste that's hard to describe. I wish it had tasted as good as it looked. My husband got a Texas brisket grilled cheese type of sandwich from Slow Downz Texas grille. It was substantial and flavorful. Will be going back to try the other venues.
This food hall is very fun, trendy, and has lots of seating. We take people from out of town here and they enjoy all the wacky art and the energy. They do a silent disco that is also a good time :)

I’ve been here multiple times since they opened and today I went with a group of people from work for lunch at 12:00. I was disappointed to see the Hawaiian food was gone but even more disappointed that two of the three remaining booths were closed due to the people working being on breaks. We were told they wouldn’t be back for 45 minutes to an hour. The girl in the Cajun booth was working by herself and couldn’t take orders and cook food at the same time so she asked people to come back later. It was very disappointing because we had intended to eat lunch but there was no place to order from.

We sat at both bars in the food court and we weren’t acknowledged by any of the bartenders. I only gave 2 stars for the food since that’s the only service we got.

Depending on where you go you get iffy service. The bartender at the bar(Rival bar) by the bathroom wasn’t friendly at all! The place where I got some loaded fries at Toasted bunz. They didn’t acknowledge me and I had to ask “Is this where I order?” Dude finally put his phone down to assist me . I do apologize for inconveniencing you guys today 6/18

The potato bar has agua fresca and the price on their menu is not what you pay. You actually will pay about 35% more. Their staff member told me prices changed about 6 months ago and they have yet to change the menu. So beware - prices are much higher than posted. They are not apologetic about this at all.

I came here for a Thrifting event and the area was definitely eye catching, didn't try any food unfortunately but the little court where everything was located was interesting!

My first restaurant within coati was toasted buns. It was amazing! The cook Nathan was so kind and accommodating for my order. The bacon fries are superb and my favorite would be the fn toughguy sandwich.
The atmosphere is very welcoming and overall a great place to vibe with especially with friends

Amazing place! I came really early so it was empty, my first time there, super friendly workers, beautiful place, and lots of options, looks like a lot of cool things happen here!
Parking: You have to pay for parking, only a couple coins and paying online is an option too.

Great place! A lot of great options for places to eat and drink. I went for my lunch break but it looks like a great place on evenings as well.

Buyer beware! Don’t order through the website or app! They do not keep that stuff updated with what’s in stock. If you order, somethings out of stock, you won’t be able to get a refund. You’ll have to order something else through that menu.

We tried food from a couple of different places. The Hawaiian place was ok and the Korean place was good, but the Paletas popsicles were AMAZING. We are definitely going to come back to try other food and to check out the events they have there l.
