Dairy Queen (Treat)

This location is permanently closed. Thats what the one star is for. Otherwise I love DQ. Just hurt my heart showing up and it was an empty shell of a DQ with a sign saying location had moved. This is my second attempt at making this update. First time I took pictures and made the recommendation but it wasn’t accepted. I just found out because my wife went with the kids and now the whole family is upset (mostly the adults! 30min drive).

Wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Dairy Queen in town. Out of ice cream half of the time. Won’t make blizzards the last 30 mins of their business hours. Customer Service is horrible. Poorly managed establishment and unfriendly staff. Recently I wanted to go inside to view cake options and order ahead. They wouldn’t let me in to even look. Sign said to use drive thru. Showed up at the drive thru hoping for an awesome Blizzard. Instead got a sign that said the chocolate side was down and the we're waiting on parts and everything would be made with vanilla. No big deal I like vanilla. Then waited for 10 minutes until they said the whole ice cream machine is broken! Took them all that time to tell us that we couldn't have ice cream. I wonder what all the people inside were doing? Poor management for sure!!
