Formosa bites has some fantastic food options. Everything on the menu is delicious! The sweet potato fries are one of my favorite things! And I’d definitely recommend giving the sweet roll runs and the pork belly sliders a try!
This place is so wonderful. I got the pork belly bao Buns, not pictured because I devoured them. You get two and they are filling. They don't skimp on any part. I did have time to snap a picture of the curry fries before my husband and I made quick work of them. The carrots in them are to die for. The fries are so flavorful and perfect with a soda. I could sit here all day and try new food.

Soooo good! One of the best things we’ve found in Colorado Springs. Food is fantastic & the owners are such great people.
