Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My husband and I went through the drive-thru shortly before closing, and admittedly, we were a bit slap-happy—cracking jokes and probably not the easiest customers to deal with. Wyatt was an absolute gem; he went along with our silliness, kept the energy light, and made the experience so much fun. His great attitude truly made our night, and on top of that, the food was excellent.

I was disappointed with my order. My cheese curds were missing, which I didn’t notice until I got home. On top of that, they were out of stock on several items

I had to wait to pay because the order taker couldn't process my payment.

Ordered online becouse I didn't have time to wait, got home and order was wrong, missing bacon which they charged me for. Took the order so the way back to sit and wait for them to remake the order, circumventing the whole reason I ordered online. They have mean card for a free custard and I have it to somone eating there becouse I will not be back. You can say I should have checked my bag before I left but I am not the manager or there quality control. If you want people to check thier orders them you need to pay them (not our job) plus that just means your not sure of the accuracy at your restaurant. I am pissed to waist 30 min of my time at this place. Hire people that can do the job.

Went in for the first time and and ordered a couple of burgers and fries as well a cheese curds. We enjoyed all of the food. Gentleman at the cash register was friendly and helpful. We went in on a Friday afternoon and ate in the lobby. It wasn’t busy at all food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be returning to try a few more things as well as the custard.

I really enjoy eating at Freddies. However not at this place. I requested everything on the burger instead I got meat that appeared to be warmed over between two cold buns. It appeared dust was coming from the ceiling. It also believe that certain people were not dressed in the attire that I'm use to seeing at other Freddies restaurants. The place was empty, which explains the ingredients were very soggy. This place for was a terrible experience.

Decided to stop by for lunch last week and I overheard someone speaking about an inappropriate relationship involving a 22 year old manager and a 17 year old worker! I would not come here with your children if that type of stuff is allowed. I expected better from a family establishment. Despite this, the food was good and the restaurant was clean.
I would recommend trying the strawberry dreamcake.

AJ always takes my order in the correct way & in a very efficient manner! He always asks about the app, which I've joined, and the benefits of it to remind me. Always great to have some kind of savings!
