Absolutely garbage. They took forever to take my order and were very disrespectful to us. They also did not have any ice for our drinks, and the drinks came out of the machine warm. In addition to that, they took 20 minutes to get us our food, which ended up being disgusting and the fries were cold and mushy because they took so long to make our food. 0/100 do not come to this one, go to the other one.

Mostly writing this to let people know that this location was closed earlier today and everyday since Saturday despite appearing open on Google. There was a sign that they are closed due to roof repairs but no details on when they’ll be open again. It sucks because I drive there only to find out they are still closed when I get there. I’m hoping they’ll update their hours online so I don’t have to go all the way there to find out they are closed. Other than that I’ve always had good experiences at this Jack in the Box.

Cashier took order and payment in drive thru, then was told to pull around to wait in the parking lot for my food. Waited HALF AN HOUR before food came out, and it came cold. PLEASE close your store if you cannot staff adequately.

$42 for 2 burgers, jalapeno poppers and 3 piece chicken strips. We were told to pull around, even though no one was ahead of us at order, waited 20 minutes total from order to delivery. Also, why ask what flavor dipping sauce we want if you're not going ro put them in the bags? Food was cold after all that time.
