Dude on the phone was super nice and it isn't their fault but it took an hour to get a sandwich and I ended up having to take my lunch break and just... not eat today.Freaky Fast, am I right?The company needs to hire more drivers. I know companies like to cut corners about actually paying staff and hiring enough team members, but I need executives to start taking pay cuts so we can go back to having adequately staffed service. I don't wanna pay for some exec's yacht. I want to pay for my sandwich to get to me within a reasonable amount of time.This generation of corporate leadership doesn't seem to understand that you have to invest in your company in order to grow and succeed. Lazy!

The “Freaky Fast” motto is a joke! I understand that there may be one driver as the excuse goes… but management needs to step up and do something about 45 minute wait times. This is twice now that we’ve had to wait. The food may be good but there are many other places to choose from if time isn’t an issue. We order here with the expectation of getting our food in a timely manner. “Freaky Fast “ is a joke.

Placed an order online for delivery and called after 30min to get an update on where the order was. Dianna is who I spoke to and she assured me her driver was on the way in no less than 2min. After another 15min of waiting and no food, I saw the delivery status online was still "received" and not "out for delivery". I spoke to Dianna again, who is the manager, and cancelled my order. I only live 6min away and the wait shouldn't have been that long. Dianna sounds like a terrible manager as she had an attitude the first time I called, and didn't even apologize for the delay or poor service. She couldn't care less that I cancelled the order and didn't even offer to comp something or even attempt to remedy the situation. Horrible

As a former jimmy John's manager I can confidently say this location wasn't trained how to bake bread well enough. Delivery time is pretty slow. Hope the franchise isn't claiming "freaky fast" anymore cause that would be a lie.

Placed my order picked it up was not made correctly when I went back the manager who I found out is the general manager said I was lying and i went home to remove items from the sandwich so I could complain she then opened and removed other items in my sandwich to try and prove she was right then threw the sandwich away and would not refund any money or remake sandwich. I reached out to the corporate and was told they would call me back twice and never heard back. I would never come hear again unless you want to throw your money away and not get what you order or not get anything at all. The fact that the corporate office condones this action has made me never want to go back to any location.

Interesting presence when walking in. Everyone just stared, didn’t say hello no one came up. Took them all a minute to finally come up and take the order. Just awkward is the only way I could describe it. Got the food quickly though!

Just ordered $40 worth of food and the girls working refused to break a $100. That was the only money we had so we got no food and Jimmy John’s wasted $40 worth of sandwiches. Congrats on being out $80 and not taking cash.

I came to the drive through at 8:30 and got ignored. So after sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes I parked and walked inside. The staff seemed to have closed up early and when I asked for a sandwich they said they were closed. I said I thought they closed at 9, and they said well yeah they do but they're fridge stopped working so they closed early then offered me some old bread...terrible service
