Came in on a Saturday, the manager had to refund at least one order because the gentleman waited 15 mins. Another, the order was wrong. The manager, who works the drive thru is incredibly abrasive and had to "get on" the employees for their behavior. This place needs a new manager and better staff especially considering it's on the base.
There has been 2 occasions where they weren't even busy they had me pull into the reserved drive thru lane while I waited forever for them to make two milkshakes. Slow service...definitely ruins the description “fast foodâ€...coulda drove to an actually ice cream place at this point.

You have to wait forever to get your food and there's no point in going through the drive thru since they make you park and wait for a good 10 minutes or so. So just order from the app beforehand, so you don't have to wait in the pick up spots.
