I had placed an order over a week ago for a birthday today. With the storm I received a call that the store was closed. I was immediately bummed and the one who called could tell that was the case. She then offered to PERSONALLY hand deliver my cake to my home for me. Nashonna saved this birthday celebration. I appreciate you going above and beyond!

Such a bummer to have to leave a negative review due to the owner's customer service response. We typically buy cakes here about once a month for various family celebrations, but when we last purchased one of their snickerdoodle cakes, the middle portion was not fully cooked. It was gummy in texture and the entire middle portion was inedible. When I brought this to the attention of the store owner, she said it looked fine to her. I'm not in the business of trying to get free items, but I do expect people to take accountability when one of their products is not up to par. It's unfortunate that the owner responded in this fashion.

I called at 9:38am to make sure they had a specific flavor in stock. The girl that answered the phone said they had 7. I drove 20 minutes to get here just for the worker to say they had none to begin with. A huge waste of time and the worker had zero social or customer service skills. Extremely frustrating and waste of gas.

Spent $40 on a cake, brought it home to unbox it and there was a cat hair on cake frosting from the plastic wrap when they covered the cake. GROSS!

Place has gone downhill. Rude employees and now they want to charge extra for a paper bag!?! Not a plastic but yes a paper! Don't waste your time with the rude employees.
I called a hour prior for a specific cake "Party Cake" which everyone knows it's the confetti. I call ahead to pick up & lady says they have it, they are not making customs by 5:30pm, I get there by 5:35 to pick up & lady says they don't have it & didn't know what I meant when I said " Party Cake". So when I ask can they make the cake, she says they can't do it & wants to sell me something else. Not even give me a discount for giving bad service. And then not want to make the cake that I was told that was going to be there.I picked up a Red Velvet & it was for thanksgiving, bought something but can't even be happy with my order.Bad business

I am confused. I ordered two dozen bundtinis for a baby shower. They are $33.50ea ($67.00 total), tax was $1.06, but my total was $83.06. What am I missing? I did not order any extras, and you are not supposed to be charged any service fees for pickup. Where did the additional $15 come from??? And why does the online and emailed receipt show the subtotal, tax, and total but not additional fees being charged? This is really sketch.
