The food is awesome, but the lady with green hair who took my order was very rude. She got mad because I asked her the difference between the Baja and the Mediterranean. Then she dropped the pager. ?

I placed a catering ordered for pickup and, they called to let me know I needed to pick it up at a different location for it to be done in time. I arrived at the different location to pickup the order and the lady working was unbelievably rude. They had called a second time and left a voicemail while I was already on my way (10:30 am) to say it wouldn’t be ready until 1 pm. She didn’t try to help or accommodate the order but instead, was dismissive and treated me like I was an idiot. Talking down to people is no way to treat your customers. Will not be returning to this location.

This location usually has 2 of the 4 coffee choices in need of a refill when I go there daily. The "creamer" situation is in the same sad condition, as there's usually 1, and often 2, of the choices that are empty.Today, there were no more large hot coffee cups available, and even though I'm a member of the "Unlimited Sip Club" they wouldn't give me 2 small cups in place of 1 large cup... WOW.

Garbage food made by garbage people. Absolutely baffling that this franchise continues to exist. Avoid the Panera brand in general.

The food was not great and it was very expensive! The tables were dirty, I had to clean my own table, and came back and someone was sitting there. So I then had to clean another table because there was not any clean ones. The chips were hard and stale, and the sandwich was not great.

Prices are outrageous for what is prepared. I got the pick 2 and my sandwich barely had meat on it and was $8. My son also had a chocolate milk that we did not get.

Not only is the food extremely overpriced, they didn't have any cheese for the French onion soup. I'm not gonna pay $10 for french onion without cheese. The "grilled" cheese I received was barely grilled at all. I was basically eating bread and cheese for dinner. The cherry on top was drinking a lukewarm pepsi because they had no ice as well. Not a great experience for food that is way too pricey.

Not GF friendly. (Reason for 3 stars). I do eat the broccoli soup, which is NOT GF, but it doesn't bother me. They do have salads but not enough lettuce for me... too much arugula, etc. No GF sandwiches. And they seem expensive to me, since not a lot of choices for GF.

No idea how this place stays in business. Had it for the first time tonight, the only thing that was notably good was the soup but the portion size was appalling. I paid for the bowl but what I got was more like a cup. It was really expensive too! Everything else was very bland, corporate cardboard sandwiches. With how many amazing sandwich / soup places are around here i'm very surprised their corporate office has justified staying open at this location. Never again! Terrible. My girlfriend and I spent 80 dollars and I don't regret the price obviously I'm the one who bought it but I'm so surprised by the cost compared to the quality. such a rip! Panera needs to take notes from Chipotle, if your going to be this big bad corporate machine, learn what tastes good at the very least.

Meet here weekly with a group and it has something for everyone. The staff works hard to make a nice experience for customers (thanks manager Haley!) and are always friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!
