This place is my absolute favorite. The fish is always delicious and the service is always amazing. We go for sushi often, almost once a week, so we’ve tried dozens of places in Colorado— and Sushi Spot is at the top of the list. Quality fish, prices are not bad, and they’re always friendly! We stopped in for lunch after reading good reviews about their gluten-free options. Megan greeted us warmly and had us seated with water to drink right away. She was very knowledgeable about gluten and was able to give us advice on menu items to choose. They do have a gluten-free specific menu, too. Portions here are good. My girlfriend and I split a bento box and 3 different types of sushi, and we ended up bringing most of the sushi home. We highly recommend it!

I thought the sushi was incredible but their Chicken Teriyaki was definitely the worst Chicken Teriyaki I have ever had. The sauce tasted burnt and just beyond awful. I couldn't eat it, but the rest of the food was good. As for sushi, definitely one of the better places I have been too in Colorado Springs.

We picked this place based on others' reviews and were delighted to find that this place breaks stereotypes in some of the best ways. Despite being found in a strip mall with a nondescript storefront, and in a city far from any ocean, this place delivered some of the best sushi and best overall experience we've ever had (and that includes countless high-end sushi dinners in Hawaii, San Diego, DC, etc.) The menu was outstanding, selection and quality of all menu items was amazing, and the service hit the perfect sweet spot of responsiveness and attentiveness without being overbearing. This is THE sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs, period, case closed.

I’ve been here at least 20 times it’s good and it’s consistent. I do think their menu could benefit from having more creative rolls to choose from and not have so many rolls that use crab.

The owner was kind enough to reserve us a table the same day we called to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they made the experience special and personal from the moment we walked in the door! We loved the sushi, the service and the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back because this is the best sushi spot in Colorado Springs and we have tried almost all of them...
