5 of the 6 times over the past two months I’ve ordered lunch here, the order is incorrect. The food is either cold or not what I ordered. I am about to give up eating here.

Chalupa undercooked, chips and soft taco stale, beef had a funky taste, gave me a burrito instead of the new cantina taco that I ordered asked what sauce I wanted only to not put sauce in my bag TWICE now and charged extra for the avacado sauce and all while having to wait forever for my food. This was a big nope for me. My 5 star review is now wishing I could give negative stars. We won't be back.

The food is always fresh. And even with the awkward wait after you pull up the service still isn't horrible. What sucks is the homeless people who are doing drugs our im the open with no shame. Literally right next to where you pull up. Feels scary.

Literally the worst taco bell in the springs. Always forgot stuff, or just give you random stuff. Like is it that hard to read a ticket. Forget making an order, you're just gonna be given a bag of random stuff. Happens literally every time.
Not another customer in sight. Went through the drive thru and got home, and my order was wrong/missing toppings. At this point, I always expect to be disappointed from this place. Sad. Customers are spending MONEY and feeding their families your food!! Please do better!

The people here clearly hate their jobs. Ran by a bunch of teenagers with some BADDD attitudes. The teenage girl today taking my husbands order kept cutting him off with “ANYTHING ELSE??” And then not even getting our order right. Absolutely ridiculous like come on

Very slow service at the counter due to the shift manager letting people go home at least that's what I gathered from the loud argument the staff was having while I stood there waiting to place my order. If the manager let a bunch of the team go home he should have at least had them clean the lobby before they left. Very messy lobby, trashed soda fountain the kitchen floor was so covered in food I almost walked out.The food was not bad though but the burritos were definitely much smaller (filled less) than other Taco Bell stores. I most likely won't go back to this particular store.
