18 Mar 24 went to the drive thru & ordered the Cheesy Chicken Crispanada, Mexican Pizza combo and soft beef tacos. The Mexican pizza was crispy and delicious but the tacos that came with it were not okay. The soft beef tacos were also good but the new Cheesy Chicken Crispanada had more cheese than chicken but the shell was crispy.

I’ve been in there three times and every time the co workers are extremely rude, very dirty looks no welcome in or anything. I work at fast food myself and the first thing everyone learns is customer service which this Taco Bell doesn’t have. Not only that the food is poorly made and machines seem to constantly be down.

I usually try to avoid this location as the food has a 50/50 chance of being well-made. I’ve had orders in the past that were cold on arrival, with laughably weak portions.Recently I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru when there were only 3 cars in front of me - 10 of which were spent at the window. Decided the food would likely not be worth any extra wait and left without it. This place was not busy at the time, and the employees did not look particularly concerned about the poor service.

This location is not good. They've lost my mobile order numerous times even though the app says it's ready for pick up. Then I have to wait for them to make it when I inquire about it. What's the point of ordering ahead? This last and final time I waited 30 minutes after I placed my order to get my food. 15 of it was waiting for them to make my order after I got there only for them to make my order incorrectly.

Robby was such a joy to come across on a friday night in negative degree weather. As an uber delivery driver he was amazing to deal with last night and such a positive and happy attitude. We need more people like him. Give him a raise. ;)

I literally wasted my whole half an hour lunch waiting for this order. I ended up having to cancel it and go back because they couldn't get it out in time.
