The food is like every other Taco Bell and I will say it’s good but we are very dissatisfied with the service. My daughter (4 years old) needed to use the restroom and it took them well over 5 mins just to unlock a bathroom door. Definitely would not recommend this place.

After waiting 30 minutes for my food they where very disrespectful and refused to give me any hot sauce. They refused to give orders to 3 different door dashers. The second anyone tried to speak up they asked them to leave the store. Store is disgusting on top of this. One of the worst fast food experiences I've had.

Thus place is supposed to be open at 7 and I got here at 7:02 and went to the drive thru. No answer, so I went inside and they kicked me out after saying I would patiently wait for them to open and they had the door unlocked. Horrible atmosphere and rude

So we just ran into this Taco Bell on date night, we are going to Manatee Springs to spend the night to go to a fancy restaurant later, and we just wanted to get a quick bite for lunch. We go in there now, I’ve been in the car for a little while, and need to use the ladies room, we walk up to the counter my husband sees the keys on the counter, hand them to me and wait to make the order while I go to the bathroom. he waits a while, because they’re pretty busy in the drive-through and nobody is coming to the front counter. Finally a little bit older lady walks up Tim and says hey, would you like to order something, he lets her know that he had given me the bathroom key because he’s a gentleman and he saw them laying on the counter. She immediately gets angry, tells him this is his house, and he shouldn’t be doing that, and then promptly says never mind we are going to order anything anyway. And walk to the back of the restaurant . I come out and he looks at me as I go around the corner to order my tacos and waves his hand in the air and says we’re going. And that’s why we use the restroom at the Taco Bell and didn’t buy anything, because the lady at the counter was a monumental jerk. He didn’t have to tell her that I had the key, but he did before he started to make his order and got yelled at for the consideration. Don’t go here, they don’t care about you, they just want you to drive through the drive-through. I love Taco Bell, this was the first and the last time I’ll ever go there. And if you’re driving on your way to Colorado Springs or Manatou Springs, do not pull off on S. 31st St. because that is a terrible Taco Bell.

I visited approximately 6:15 pm 2/16/24. This Taco Bell is my absolute favorite in town. My husband hates sour cream, and with other locations I often have to have items replaced that I asked for no sour cream on. Not here, they always get it right the first time! I tried some new menu items and they’re all pretty good, it all came out hot and fresh and my food was still warm when we got home. The employees are nice but also brief and quick about their work, which I appreciate. The ladies in the drive thru were really hard workers, you can just tell by how the place was running. Our food came out faster than expected as well. My favorite was the chicken crispanada! It’s always a pleasure to come here for a quick meal.

This Taco Bell is amazing! The service was wonderful, they took my order right away. The dude at the window was friendly and on point. The food was made fast and everything was fresh. In all my drive thru experience took about 15 minutes. I recommend this location for your late night munchies!!

I'm sick and tired of how ridiculously incompetent taco bell is. I've worked than and can honestly say it's not a hard job. It might get busy at times and that's understandable, but even then read the effing orders and put them in correctly. And it's not just this location. Read the fracking orders and make them correctly!
