The manager as well as the employee I spoke with about remaking my order they previously made incorrectly. It’s been 9 days. The manager originally refused to remake the order siding that it had been over a month. I corrected her and let her know that it had been nine days. She then said that they have to be strict now because people have been doing this and I was like yeah, probably because their food has been made incorrectly. She agrees to remake the burrito, then comes back and yells at me, asking if I recorded her, I know that people with disabilities deserve jobs too, but this woman was screaming at me because she was “deaf” Then proceeded to bully me over a simple burrito that they made incorrectly. They offered to remake this for me, and then, when I showed up for it gave me an attitude. This is not the first time that this manager has treated me inappropriately due to pointing out a mistake they have made. She doesn’t deserve to have a job where she is customer facing because she is abusive to customers as well as ignorant and disrespectful. Then to top it all off, they make it wrong again on purpose to be rude.

We used to go out of our way to avoid this location but the past few weeks, there's been fantastic service (including employees labeling which burrito has steak-- a freakin godsend for this vegetarian), good vibes, and the food is hot and order correct. I'm here for it!

Poor customer service. Told the manager that as well. Tells me to find another taco bell to go to because I told her their customer service skills suck. Employees just playing around instead of getting the food made for customers. Manager tells me they make the food first by who orders the least amount, not by who ordered first. Won't be back. She doesn't deserve to be in a position where she doesn't know how to run an establishment correctly. Was going to dine in, but asked for a refund. Saw people get their food who ordered after I did. Update: then after the manager refunded me, I go back and look at my account and she recharged me a different amount after I left. I contacted my bank and got the money back anyways. Also, I contacted Taco Bell corporate. Beware everyone! This manager needs to be fired.

Be extra careful coming to this location, after waiting 25 mins and listening to workers joke around. I demanded a refund only to have the manager get an attitude after I said they're unprofessional, then threatened to call the cops. So to me you obviously need better training and I hope your corporate sees this and go back to watch the video to see what the workers behind her when she said throw the food away. But long story short I will never come to this location again as with a door dasher that witnessed it and was like why is she saying that while she was walking out. And to the female manager all I can say if you treat your customers like this youll eventually hit the ceiling of progress in your career. And to the two cashier's your boss could learn a thing or 2 you'll.

If you're in a hurry, avoid the drive-thru. Very slow at unpredictable times - sometimes you can get through in under five minutes, the next time might take you about half-and-hour, and the staff just doesn't seem to care. Often can find one or two 'rookie' employees running the store, leading to this slow-down. Food sometimes meets standards, but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. Had to stop going to them for breakfast before work as their service has made me substantially late a few times.-- EDITED 03/19/2024 --Doesn't matter if you order custom items, they will give you the plain article. If its a special limited time item - you won't get it. They won't answer the phone and can't seem to fix their quality issues. How many more chances do I need to give?

I regularly frequent this Taco Bell. It's a pain in the A to get into but the service is usually quick and the food a good quality.Today however, whomever made my chalupa placed it in the bag upside-down, so when I bit into it it was bread and one piece of chicken. The rest in the bag :c.I will be back. But gods I pray that my next chalupa is in tact. This was mega disappointing.But hey, one bad time outta many isn't so bad.

The manager at this location is incredibly rude to customers. My doordash delivery only had 2 of the three items I paid for. I understand mistakes happen. I called to sort things out. The manager screamed at me that she was the one working the line and that she put all three tacos in my bag. She went so far as to accuse the doordash driver of stealing a taco from the bag. She refused a refund and told me I can drive up there to pick up the third taco. I paid almost double for this order to be delivered to me, so that would be completely uneven. She told me to call 1800 taco bell, but that line is only available on weekdays. She said "so sorry for the inconvenience" and hung up on me. I tried to call back and there was no answer. This manager makes mistakes, refuses to own up to them, and then takes it out on the customer. This store needs a new manager. Good luck if you have to deal with her.

I have always enjoyed Taco Bell but my only complaint is that the taco shells seem to deteriorate by the tims I get home (which is about 5-10 minutes away). Great value and great flavor though.

This 5 star review started out from a 1 star visit. I was at the drive thru and ordered the loaded beef nachos x2. When I got home, I quickly learned they were not loaded at all, only having chips, beans, sauce, and sour cream. Where's the beef?I called and the manager was friendly and helpful. She said I could come get them remade right then or within a few days.The next day I dropped by to get the redo. The manager that I had spoken to on the phone remembered me! She went right to work and I was on my way.She made me the best fast food nachos ever, and made sure everything was there and plenty of it! On top of that she was just so personable and friendly I actually left with a smile on my face!Thanks!

Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Went in the drive-through, got our food and went home to eat and none of our taco’s or Mexican pizza had any beef, no sauce, no cheese, and the shells were stale, we won’t be going back there I’ll drive somewhere else for my Taco Bell
