This is the first time I did not have a pleasant experience. Granted it’s fast food but you are still expecting quality and a level of service. First, we entered and we were not greeted nor acknowledged. We had to use the kiosk which is fine. My boyfriend noticed the kitchen floor was dirty it had Lettuce and everything else in the floor. We sat in the dining area and several tables were not swept underneath were not sanitized. It was difficult to find a clean area to sit in. It was not super busy with no line in the drive through. They could have taken the time to clean the area.As for the food, we waited about 10-15 minutes AFTER we ordered at the kiosk again bearing in mind it was not busy. Once we received our food it was cold with very little meat and toppings. We will not go to Taco Bell for awhile due to this experience.

Hash browns greasy as hell and undercooked, like I took multiple paper towels soaked in grease off the hash browns. the big breakfast burrito we got was half the size of the small one. And didn't even have meat in it, literally so empty. Every time I come to this location, if they don't give me the completely wrong order, then everything I ordered is messed up in some way. And they never give a receipt so you can't even do anything about it!

Never have I waited over 20 plus minutes for a meal at a fast food restaurant. Skip this place and go literally anywhere else. Other customers have been waiting at the counter for more than 15min with no employees even treating or coming to take their order.

STAY. AWAY.For the love of God will a new owner or Manger PLEASE get to this place? Or shut it down and put something that can actually do something right? For the past few YEARS, this place has fallen so far. Used to be my favorite Taco Bell to go to. Now, 99% of the time they're out of EVERYTHING but tacos and burritos. They say it's because they're "Short Staffed" so they've been short staffed for years? Even so, what does that have to do with shipping orders? When they do have things "available" the orders are constantly screwed up. Don't ever drive away from this place without checking your food, seriously. Almost guaranteed to be missing something or have something incorrect. Just to add insult to injury, they are incredibly slow. I've waiting outside, on a dead night, for 40 minutes, for a party pack of tacos (since that's all they got.)Please. Get rid of this place and put something people in this area actually want. Or get some employees that know what they're doing and can do shipping orders properly. Just avoid at all costs. If people stopped bothering to go, maybe something would change.

This taco bell is very busy so the smart thing to do is hire more people. Having to wait 45 minutes or longer for this type of food is ridiculous. Why is there only kids in here? Where's the adult or manager?

Very slow service. You have to wait for almost an hour to get your order. So annoying. I don’t recommend this place.

Rude and disrespectful Mgr.sunday afternoon 3-17-24 ordered NO ONIONS on order wife is deathly allergic to them! Order came with seamed like double the amount of onions when I complained she got rude and would not give her name or the name of the General Mgr. Will not be eating here again...Service is lacking and prices keep going higher and you have to use the kiosk to order, no longer worth eating at this location!

No multiple orders in drive through. Have to loop back around. Dumb policy makes it take too long.

I don't know why anybody even goes to Taco Bell anymore though I should say that they are very consistent (ly terrible in all possible ways at pretty much every location)The food is absolute garbage and and inevitably the service is just as good as the food. Especially if you do any of the delivery apps, I would urge you to avoid all places like Taco Bell McDonald's and Burger King because you will literally wait up to 45 minutes for fast food.

Went for a quick lunch and ordered through the mobile app. Got my food at the window in a small bag which surprised me because I get the same thing every time. Half my order was missing, so I went back around and asked for the rest of my missing order. They told me to give them back the bag and pull up to the front. when we did an older lady came outside and handed us the bag with an attitude. Checked the bag again and there was still food missing. Nobody in the drive through and not one costumer inside. Don’t understand how They could of gotten it wrong the second time. When inside to ask for the rest of my food and the same older lady with and attitude looked at me and walked away, went to the back saying “the same girl is here again “ like yes because you can’t do your job right. Brought another lady to the front to talk to me because the older lady is too special to say a word to costumers. Finally got the rest of my missing order and they acted like I was the one being an inconvenience to them.

Went to this Taco Bell today (Been to all the ones in the Springs). I ordered a Deluxe Cravings Box, 2 bean burritos, and a grilled cheese burrito. After leaving the drive through I noticed I was given a Cravings box, 2 bean burritos, and an exploded leaking grilled cheese burrito. I called, explaining the issue. All seemed fine. When I got to the drive through they proceeded to tell me I was wrong when I explained the Deluxe and normal boxes are different. Put the food in a smaller bag, and threw a small bag of chips in. Refused to give me a receipt. Didn't even give me one the first time. I'm extremely disappointed. I would avoid this location unless you are willing to pay more for less.

Why have a cash register if you are not going to take people's orders. Do better!

I usually have a lot of issues at this Taco Bell. I always try to give it another chance because it’s the one closest to my house. There’s a lot of issues such as every time I try to go here and order Cinnabon coffee they tell me their machine is broken. It’s been going on like that for at least six months. But I had a really terrible experience in there today. I went in to order a big order of items for my family to bring home for lunch, I always order my daughter’s quesadilla with no chipotle sauce because she doesn’t like it. It’s too spicy for her And yet once we got home and she started eating it, it had the sauce on it and she could not eat it and this has happened several times at this Taco Bell. They seem to always put the sauce on when I ask for no sauce so this is definitely not the first time that’s happened. I also was missing an item from my order that was my Main item for what I was going to eat. I was missing my gordita. On top of that I use the kiosk and I put my name in it when I initially made my order. That name being Adena. I’m sitting with my daughter, waiting for our order and the manager calls out the name Adriana. To me that is nowhere close to my name I don’t even have an ‘r’ in my name So I don’t really respond. The manager starts calling out what’s in order and I can tell that’s my order so I start walking up. He rudely throws the bag down on the counter and walks away. Doesn’t even say one word to me so all I can say As I grabbed the bag is, “my name is not Adriana.” But the manager has already walked off in a huff as if I’m stupid and can’t hear my own name being called. Getting home to find out the order was messed up was just the icing on the cake.
