I ordered a yakitori bento box and donuts for dessert. The food was hot and delicious! Hot tea and soup was also very pleasant to enjoy on this cold afternoon! Will definitely be back again!

The pad Thai was great! And the take out was fast timing on a weekend. Large portion sizes as well.

Honestly such a cute place, very obviously family run.it has that exact atmosphere. The food was amazing and everyone was very welcoming.Honestly the food was so good and it was so refreshing to see a family run business I'd go back even if anything was bad.HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

excellent food, but it is frustrating when ordering Uber eats and asking for things such as utensils, and not getting any, even when you put it in the notes and ask politely. when I’m at work, and I placed an order, they never include utensils, so I have to try to hunt some down. please take a moment to fully look at the order.

Best Bento Yakitori/Gyoza in town, thai tea was delicious as well. Service was great, location is a bit sketchy but the food was worth it. Will be my go-to Yakitori now, they're on doordash as well.

Was told no chef to make fried rice. Food was cold and had no flavor.

Service upon entry was a bit confusing. The “host” seemed surprised that we wanted to dine in. We were given a pitcher of water and left to read the menu. Nothing else was offered drink wise. The restaurant looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or organized in a while. The bathroom was a mess. We ordered our food and it came out in a decent time. I ordered the orange chicken. The vegetables were still raw and the sauce was luke warm. My wife ordered a ginger dish and it came out as if someone had sucked the color out of her entire plate. The vegetables were opaque and the chicken was beaten flat. Not once were we check up on. I understand now why the person that was supposed to be serving was stunned that we wanted to eat in.

it wasnt a trip i took i live next to this location but thought it should be put out on everything.!!! ive ate at this location for years been through a few different managers but always good. untill i had them give me UNCOOKED CHICKEN. when called about a refund for my grandparents that bought the food for me and brought it to me at work over 20 mins away i was told i had TO BRING BACK THE FOOD UNTOUCHED OR EATEN. which was not an issue but i was at work and still wanted the food back at the restaurant no matter what. it is ridiculous. dont spend money or business here

Absolutely horrible customer service no one in the store and it still took them longer than 30 minutes to get a doordash order

Haven’t been out in a while and my wife and I have been craving Thai food so we came to Hello Thai & Yakitori for a quick bit. We got the pineapple curry with beef and really enjoyed the taste. We also got the Gyoza, which my son enjoyed and we also got the papaya salad, which was a bit on the salty side but overall a good experience and we will be back if we’re in the Rockrimmon area.

My only issue with this restaurant is that the pad Thai doesn't consistently taste the same.I've been frequenting this spot for the past month, trying out several items on their menu: pad Thai (chicken and special), crab rangoons (crab delight), coconut shrimp, shrimp shumai, Thai tea, Thai coffee, Thai donuts, and cucumber salad. The pad Thai never tasted as good as the first time I purchased it (I purchased this dish about 3 or 4 times), and I didn't really like the coconut shrimp (it was tasty but too batter-y for me - I know that's not a word). Still, I fell in love with their crab rangoons, shrimp shumai, Thai donuts (which come with condensed milk), and cucumber salad (so much so that I wanted to try and replicate this salad at home).I haven't had the opportunity to dine-in at this location, but I have enjoyed the benefit of having their meals delivered to me.

Let me start by saying that I love Thai food. And based on the reviews, I had high hopes for Hello Thai. I ordered Masaman curry, Crab Delight appy (crab and cream cheese stuffed fried wontons), and Sweet Mango Sticky Rice. Unfortunately, the star of the meal (Masaman) had a very watery consistency and lacked flavor. The rice was overdone and mushy. It also didn't taste like Jasmine rice. The crab delight had absolutely no imitation crab meat. It was all cream cheese, and the fried wontons were stale. The one decent part of the meal was the mango sticky rice. Or, maybe I was still just so hungry that anything would have been better. The picture illustrates how much of the Masaman and rice I'm throwing away because it just wasn't good. More than 90% in the garbage.

Came here for a late lunch on a weekday! Food was amazing!!! The lunch specials are a great deal. The Panang Curry is one of the better Thai curries I have ever had. And the Cashew Chicken and Thai Eggplant had so many fresh veggies. We also loved the sauces in the Chicken Satay. The Pad Thai was also very well made. Great, locally-owned spot!!
