Great experience! Sit at the bar if you want the best time, fun friendly bartenders making some amazing cocktails are very entertaining. The coffee bean martinis, oh my, waaay toooo good. It's just a happy low key scene that's guaranteed to make your day. First place we'll go next time we're in the Springs.

I needed dessert after dinner and saw the pies that they had and I am so glad I did. The Dutch apple pie is a classic and so good. The real winner is that Bourbon Pecan Pie though. It took me to another dimension and was so delicious that I could cry. The bartenders were super kind and warmed the pies for us and suggested drink pairings also. We had the best experience. I definitely recommend this place.

These drinks were fresh and delicious! I got a seasonal Expresso-- it was made with fresh Expresso and a rye whiskey. It was light, frothy, and had a perfect hint of sweetness. My only regret was not getting a photo of the bar tender pouring the drink. My husband got the horchata. It was tasty but gave more of a White Russian taste than rice milk and cinnamon taste. The bartenders were very attentive and kind. The ambiance was very chill with a refined twist.

The Principal's Office is a super cool little bar in Ivy Wild! I ordered the extra credit drink, which I thought was great! Happy hour prices were really good, and they had a great selection of mixed drinks as well as non-alcoholic coffee and tea options. The whole place is very cute and is a great spot for any size group or to go yourself! Bar seating is available, in addition to tables of all sizes. The bartenders were great and made really good drinks! I loved the option to order online from any food place in Ivy Wild, and being able to pick up the food and bring it back to The Principal's Office. It's great for a group that may want different things to eat! Next time visiting Colorado Springs, I will definitely be back!

We where visiting Ivywild food hall. I went to Principal’s office to get my Cortado. It was very good a nicely presented on a wooden tray with a glass of water (as it should be ?). Service was good and friendly.

Excellent atmosphere! Drinks, food, music of my?? Great for date night and each classroom has different kind of atmosphere. We enjoyed the distillery.
What a terrible place. Takes 20 minutes to make 4, $15 cocktails?! On a Sunday night? With 2 bartenders and 5 people in the bar? Really? Better hope that when you place your order, that they don't get distracted by anything cause they sure can't do more than one thing at a time. I'd hate to see how long it takes to get a drink on a Friday night.

We loved having drinks at the principals office, the bartenders (Kaylee, griffen, and Allie) were amazing and had lots of recommendations for us to do while on our vacation. Their espresso martini is the best I have ever had, and they make a really good sangria.
