Ruined my lunch date. Ordered two tuna poke bowls through Uber Eats. Order came missing rice . . . really no longer a poke bowl without rice.
The employee at the register (didn’t get his name but he has longer hair that was in a ponytail) was super attentive. More than I would ever expect from a counter service restaurant. At every interaction he said “just let me know if I can _____” get you more sauce, make a recommendation, help you customize your order, etc. It was really a great experience, especially for a first visit.

Honestly, this place used to be on our regular rotation but service and quality of food have declined. We were there Tuesday evening and the girl that took our order seemed ticked that we were there. It took forever to get our food and the pot stickers we ordered were cold. We'll wait awhile before we try them again.

Multiple tables dirty, so we sat down at a clean one. We have been in the car for hours so we just sat at the table and ordered from the website, only to remember we wanted to eat there. We went to ask for our order to be done in and the employee replied “legally you can be here for 30 minutes to an hour before we ask you to leave” they thought we were homeless I guess? I love Tokyo Joes but this location needs some serious management changes. Just because a patron is black doesn’t mean he is homeless. Get it together

This is standard sushi and noodle-style fast food. However it’s not overly fast service since they make everything fresh without leaving ingredients out in a sneeze bar. I love their poke bowls. I highly recommend.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have low tables and wide walkways, easy for wheel chairs. The exterior entrance is flat (<1 inch level change) from the parking lot, but their is no automatic door opener and the lot has a small slope depending on how far you park from the entrance. Few close designated ADA parking stalls.

We came here with a group of children with developmental disabilities for our monthly restaurant outing. The staff was very welcoming and patient while our kiddos ordered and paid for their food. Amy specifically was kind, and treated our clients and staff very well. We will definitely be coming back!

Awful sushi.
It wasn't clean and the young lady wasn't friendly. Almost every table was dirty. I'm very sad I always come here. And having it being Mothers Day.

We came in before 8 pm (this store closed at 8:30 that night) and went up to order. We were informed that they had no proteins except for tofu, but that they were making it. So we ordered and right when we were about to pay, we were informed that the grill was actually off and cleaned for the night and that if we still wanted our order, they could pan fry it but it would take 25 minutes to cook and we could therefore only get to go. We ordered white chicken. We were also the only ones ordering and the only order they had - even though there were actually a few people sitting in the restaurant- but again they had no protein so couldn’t fulfill any orders anyway. We were quite disappointed and will not be returning.
