A go to spot. Service is always great and the people are always friendly.Food comes out pretty quickly, only a few minutes wait after sitting down.Prefer this location over the one in the south.

Stopped in here early this week a little after 5PM to grab something quick to go. Place was all but empty, there was one table with 4 people in it and another with 2.I ordered one rice bowl to go. The young woman who took my order was unpleasant and acted out out. I stood there waiting for 25 minutes for my order. Finally gave up, walked up and asked to cancel my order because I needed to go. The gentleman working the sushi counter looked and didn’t see an order for me anywhere in their system. After searching he found my food just sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged up. He apologized and gave it to me.I took my food and left. After all that waiting the food was awful. Basically no chicken in the bowl. There was so much sauce that you couldn’t taste anything else. It was full of sugar and just generally not good.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and not good food.

Truly disappointing lunch the other day. The prices went up since my previous visit, so I was already not happy, but then one of my four pieces of sushi was TINY. I literally thought someone had taken a bite out of it. I received a "Tokyo Joe's Feedback" survey email, but the link that's attached to it doesn't work - guess they don't really want feedback.

If you like to play a game like “is it chicken or shoe leather?” then this is your place! If you miss the taste and texture of eating Elmers glue as a kid, then don’t miss the white rice!

Very nice cashier. (Wish i remembered his name) I was there for takeout and they had to remake an item up for me that was a little old so it took longer, he brought me a cup for a free drink because I had to wait a little longer and explained why it was taking longer. Good service and the food was really

Overall lacking in consistency. Sometimes I am greeted, sometimes not. Sometimes my food is drenched in sauce, other times hardly any sauce on the same meal. Sometimes it's clean, other times you have to fight through flies to find a table. Everything needs attention and to set the bar higher. What started out as a great local franchise is deteriorating quickly.

The jalapeños & cucumbers in my & hubs’ poke bowls were slimy, not fresh. It made me nervous of the food storage/handling practices & wonder what else isn’t fresh. They did re-make our bowls, but the veggies on the 2nd set of bowls were similar. I wouldn’t eat here again & hope we don’t get sick.

I love Toyko Joe's but this one always messes up my online order. Especially when it comes to the up-charged items that I love. It's disappointing that I have now paid for these items on three separate occasions and each time they have been left off. When I sat in person to get my food they forgot about my order for 35 minutes and offered coupons to make up for it but still. Cannot recommend this location.

I love Tokyo Joes and wish they had a location in Albuquerque. At one time I heard that they were coming to Albuquerque but that seemed to go by the wayside following the pandemic. Their food is high-quality and delicious.

Love this healthy and tasty food. I am really impressed that they serve Wild (instead of farm-raised) Salmon !

Waited over 30 minutes for my food and then was told they were out of chicken. AC was cranked up and cold. Don't come here.
