Went in with my last $20. Got the baconater with no ketchup, large fries extra salty, and 10 piece with lots of BBQ sauce. What I got was a burger soaking with ketchup, bland fry fries, and 1 BBQ packet. I was so disgusted I threw the food in the street and went home hungry. Thanks for hiring deaf people I can throw my money away on.

Don't use cash here, or if you do use exact change. They shortchanged me, then acted like I had five heads when I asked for my full amount of change. 20-2.32 =6.68 according to them.

Very snowy night, there was only one person in line so I don’t understand what the problem was. Forgot my chicken nuggets and forgot ranch dressing sauce for my kids meal and the chicken nuggets that were forgot. Didn’t charge me a dollar for each drink, Wendy’s promotion is any size drink is a dollar. The guy working was really nice, but everything else was terrible.

If I could give yall zero stars, I would! How do you allow customers to come to your drive thru and don’t acknowledge them after sitting at the speaker box for 10 mins!?! You don’t value your customers and it shows! I can understand a customer talking too damn much and holding up the line. Then it would behoove another employee or how about a doggone manager/supervisor to get on the headset and acknowledge the line of customers you have waiting in your drive-thru! It’s seriously ridiculous. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be. DO BETTER!!!!
