Used the drive through today. Lately they have been 3 to 4 times faster than RB’s, which is right next door. Go to Wendy’s for lunch and see if you agree with me. Get where you can see both drive throughs.

This is my regular Wendy's the bathrooms are always clean and the dining room is immaculate! I always get excellent customer service here. The food value for spending a small amount is fantastic! Keep it up stetson hills Wendy's!

It’s 0650. The website says the restaurant is open at 0630 for drive through AND dine in.
I’m looking through the windows at 0645 because the doors are locked. After about 5 minutes of just looking at me, she comes out
“we don’t open until 7 but the drive through it open.” (It’s 0650)
“So your website and google maps are both wrong?”
“I don’t know why it says that”
Wouldn’t let me and my pregnant wife in the lobby 10 minutes early even though the website says they’ve opened 20 minutes ago. Critical thinking is clearly lost here.

There are other locations with better service and better management. This one is just a mess and needs a corporate overhaul.
Ordered a regular size spicy chicken sandwich combo with no tomato with a coke to drink. Asked if that was all. I reiterate no tomato when I didn't see it on the reader board. Asked if I wanted a cookie. No thanks, just be sure there is no tomato on it. Well guess what. There was tomato on it. Was a simple order with one simple request. Food was hot though.
