I've now been sitting outside the drive thru window for 21 minutes. I paid at 1548. It is now 1609.Not 21 minutes since I got in line. 21 minutes since they handed me my card and receipt.I got my food 21 minutes after I paid, which was about 30 minutes after I ordered.There was 1 person ahead of me in drive thru.

Wendy's is usually ok, but they take forever to hand out cold food, also they all stare at you in the line until they are finished with cars. Terrible customer service and not good at listening...
My family and I visited the other night. We ordered a double stack combo meal with French fries and chicken nuggets. The hamburgers were cold and old. The fries were fresh and the nuggets were old too. I should have said something but didn't want to be the one to complain about a cold and old hamburger sandwich. The order was correct and the employee was very friendly but the food was not great! Maybe make it and serve it right away rather than having the patties sit out for hours.??♀️??♀️
