I put in an online order went and picked up my food and still had to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my supposedly hot sandwich and it was actually cold I don't know how that even happened but there was only two women fighting for their life in there they need to hire more people that place is too busy for

Only 1 person working, yet they are open with only this 1 person doing everything and continue to allow customers inside. This place should have closed as they don't have enough people working to keep up, but continue to allow customers to walk in and wait over an hour for a sandwich.Whoever manages this place needs to be fired. We will not be coming back and while I've been waiting here outside for over an hour it appears no one else that has gone in will ever come back either. Just close the doors if employees don't show up to work.

I came a few years back since I'm a sucker for a good sammy. (Pictured is from my first outing before I started my reviews) It was just as good as I remembered it. I filled my order, they took it, they made the requested sammy and passed off to me so I'm giving 5 star service, The place was clean. Try the spicy mayo, thank me later. No pictures, I was a fat kid.

The Woman who appeared to be in management was very rude to the older woman working with her. She started talking down and yelling to the woman in front of myself and other customers. It made me feel very badly for that lady. Afterwards, the woman in charge went to that back and left the older woman up front to take and make all the orders by herself for the remainder of the time I was there. It wasn’t very great leadership. It made myself and other customers around me uncomfortable. I wish I had caught the older woman’s name but I believe the woman who appeared to be in charge was named Amber? Anyways, I definitely will not be taking my kids to this location again because I don’t want them being in or around an environment like that.

Most of the staff is super friendly and helpful! The food is alright, especially the shakes, but there was some animosity with clear bad apples of staff, making the atmosphere very tense. I wish the best for the nice staff!
This isn't close to my house, so it has been many years. Last night I stopped in and had a great meal. The ordering system is annoying if you want to start with a favorite and then add extra toppings. But the young man working was very helpful. I had the super sized Buffalo chicken, with 4 extra toppings. For $15, it was a great deal. The bread was really tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was nicely loaded with ingredients, and the sauce combination made every bite delicious. I'll now stop in often when I'm nearby shopping at TJ's.

We had never tried Which Wich until last Tuesday. We were the only customers when we entered. We ordered and paid the $38. and waited, after 15 minutes we were informed that they couldn't make my husbands sandwich, the steak was frozen. He ordered the special, as a second sandwich. Since I had already eaten my sandwich, we came home and he ate his sandwich. He has been sick with food poisoning since. The place was filthy! Floors, tables and counters. I shutter to think about the safety standards! Never again!

They don't prioritize customers in store. It's more important to them to take care of orders that aren't even being picked up that moment then it is to take care of the customer standing in front of them. Foods great, stores usually dirty though.

I decided to get a quick bite from this place, since Ive had positive experiences before.Got the Grinder sub, ate it, instantly felt sick after. Fast forward a few hours and I threw up the entire sandwich. Safe to say I got some bad food poisoning.I wont be comin back here haha.
