Order is always correct and food is tasty and hot!

Estella GM was amazing as well as her team working on 6/16 at 230. I did not get the order takers name but he did great. My favorite place to eat in Texas growing up. It’s been 20 years! We live 2 hours away so we wanted our food separated out so they would not be soggy when we got home. I have been in the industry 20 years and she impressed me by going above and beyond in meeting our needs. Way to go!!!

Good but pricey as hell for concession stand food.

Hotdogs were ok but this place doesn't serve onions never heard of a hotdog place not having onions

I placed a DoorDash order from Wienerschnitzel Store #883 on Austin bluffs in Colorado Springs, and it arrived wrong. When I called the store, they told me there was “nothing they could do unless I drove up”—which I couldn’t do because I had sleeping babies, and the very reason why I ordered delivery in the first place.

When I calmly explained this, the staff hung up on me. I tried to call back to speak with a manager, but they refused to answer. I’m disgusted by how I was treated and disappointed that Wienerschnitzel allows this kind of customer service.

Service: ZERO stars.

Corporate has been contacted—I hope they take action.

Great customer service, good food, and a clean atmosphere. The food is kinda pricey for what it is, but because the staff are friendly and the food tastes good, it's worth it from time to time.

Burnt and old food. 🤢 So disappointed because this place is usually a family favorite.

Price is going up people are nice just pricing them self out of us buying it

You wont get what you ordered or wanted but it will be delicious. I guess Sauer Kraut at 2:30 in the afternoon is allot to ask when the kraut dog is on the menu.

My last two visits to the drive-thru has resulted in either not being filled properly, missing items, or a combination of both. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered the same order I had been placing every visit for over 34 years (I grew up on Weinerschnitzel in Los Angeles). 2 regular mustard dogs and 6 all beef junkyard dogs.

Long story short, when I got home, I was shorted a hotdog, only getting 7 of 8 ordered, and two of them weren’t anything close to what I had ordered. I ended up eating what I ended up with, and don’t really care about the money I am out from not receiving an item, I’m more so disappointed in the number of mistakes in the service of an establishment I’ve favored for decades. It seems as though the quality control and order accuracy assurance has declined. SLOW DOWN. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
