I've spent a lot of time here over the last 4 years overall it's a decent place some rooms you have to share a bathroom but it's well kept good security cameras a dumpster overall pretty quiet a decent place I've even had my kids here never too many problems they give you your privacy and chances work with you paying the rent they're polite they sell sodas in the office they' give tissue and cleaning supplies if you wish to clean your own room they also have microwaves and you can rent by the week which is nice in hands down the cheapest on a price for nightly rates which makes it hard to get in because they're generally booked up I love it definitely my top pick on Colfax!

Have not stay there but had a proplem with a hotel I was staying in. If you have lived there for 30 consecutive days you have established residency. They can't just kick you out. They have to evict you. Look into it.

For an easy Colfax motel they aren't very judgmental which is pretty nice they do pay attention to what's going on which is a good thing but it is sn East Colfax motel very expensive very little accommodations but it looks like they're trying that's what's important one must try !!!!

Do you like having bedbugs? Do you yearn for hepatitis? Well if so, step right up folks! This is the chefs kiss of disgusting. Used tampons in drawers? You got it. Crack heads screaming in the room next door? Absolutely. You're better off sleeping in the alley behind the motel. On the plus side, Denver Biscuit Company is right up the street. Delish.
