I never have an issue with the food itself. But the wait times are pretty ridiculous. I can understand every once and awhile. Maybe they had someone call out or are backed up. But EVERY time I go there? And I refiner BK often as I love their original chicken sandwich but this location is just not ran very well.

Food was good, but goodness the organization was horrible. Everyone was getting the wrong order , some orders they had not even begun to prepare. There was a lady that was waiting 15 minutes already, she went to inquire about her whopper, they had not even started preparing it yet. Maybe it was just a bad day.

When I stopped in for lunch today, the inside was very busy- the staff had a line which I waited in. A gentleman a few customers in front of me had some issues with wanting to use multiple coupons.
