I purchased a gift card to give to my daughter for Christmas gift, before I gave it to my daughter I checked the card balance and it was ZERO. I called customer service I was onhold for a LONG LONG time finally I got someone online it took over one hour and mo resolution, very DISAPPOINTING. I got an email on 1/3/2019 a refund was issued. I called again today on 1-14-2019 and still no gift card, and no refund. very disappointing. I WILL NEVER NEVER DINE, OR RECOMMEND Chipotle restaurants. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY???????? Food quality has gone down, Customers service in restaurants worse than ever!!!!!!. if I could I would give Chipotle less than ZERO stars

I am a very busy high school teacher for twenty years in Hollywood, CA. I am very busy and sometimes pop into a Chipotle to get dinner. I stopped into the Studio City, CA location about 5pm on 1/26/2019. I ALWAYS order the same thing (I am Vegan): a burrito with Sofritas and pico de gallo. I cannot really handle super hot (spicy) food anymore, but always enjoy to slight heat of this burrito with mild pico de gallo.

Almost every time I try to get or get Chipotle there is something to make me mad. In person or online orders it doesn't matter. Location doesn't matter. There is almost always something that goes wrong to get me angry. I really like the food and would love to be able to just randomly go to a random location and just get food and leave. But that's apparently asking too much.

I have never been so upset I ordered food from the chipotle online to be delivered to my home and it was all wrong. If there was a no star button I would do that.

I have a registered service dog and the store in Slidell, LA told me that I had to eat outside. That is against the ADA guidelines. When I tried to hand a card to the manager on duty to show him that he cannot by law isolate or segregate us, he refused to take the card and refused to give me his name. I asked for the managers and regional managers phone numbers, but I don't think he gave me the correct information. I had to file a complain with the Federal Government to protect my rights. Terrible experience.

I am a regular at a chipotle in Northern Virginia. Ordered 4 tacos, 2 chicken 2 beef. The girl started to put chicken on 4 tacos, I corrected her and she then proceeded to pick off the chicken and throw it in the garbage. The manager said that was corporate policy. Very upsetting since there are people starving in the world. Kill the chicken then throw his meat away. Since I'm a regular they could've put the extra chicken on my 2 chicken tacos. Greedy corporate policy.. and people wonder why the world is so messed up.

I am a extremely busy person & popped into a Chipotle today to grab a quick lunch. Get back to my office & half way through my burrito bite into a piece of Fingernail. Tried contacting corporate & keep getting hung up on through their automated system. Thanks Chipotle for the extra side of FINGERNAIL that I did not order!!!!
Walked into a chipotle restaurant in turkey creek area in Knoxville Tn and noticed a well dressed employee ( Tim) executive / higher level management , sweeping the rugs and just being a true leader of his team . Was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness his team had with his guidance, cleanliness, and respect for staff, and was compelled to write a review. Thanks Tim! - Nick

I am a public school librarian who received coupon/bookmarks for a reading reward I planned to give to summer readers returning. I did not note the expiration date in May (my error) and handed them out this week. In a panic, I contacted the Denton Hwy, Rufe Snow and Hwy 26 stores here in the DFW area. Each manager said that they would still accept these coupons. Thank you!

I went to the store on 15280 E. Iliff Ave., Aurora, CO tonight and if you want to get sick this is the place. 1 of the workers who was the passer for the line kept on pulling up his pants and then he was scraping out the bottom of the cheese to add to new batch of cheese without changing his gloves. I had to tell a co-worker of his what he had done and she needs to throw out the cheese. She took it to the back and who knows is she did? I won't eat at any chipotle again because your not learning your lessons. One more illness will probably shut the entire chain down. Retrain all employees again about hygiene and make them wear belts and change gloves and wash hands every time they return to the line. I hope you really follow through on this because it is your business's future!

If you go to apply as an employee at the Chipotle located on 2500 N. Brand Blvd in Glendale, CA, they will discriminate against you if you don't resemble their image or fit into their "click"... Don't get me wrong, maybe one or two of the workers there "seemed" to be pretty descent but one or two can't justify all the rest and the manager automatically seemed as if he didn't want to give the poor African American guy a chance as soon as he saw him. At first, I thought maybe I'm wrong until I noticed the difference between how they treated the African American applicant verses the Hispanic one. They offered him a glass of water & not the African American guy and the black guy had arrived to the interview first & was waiting the longest...sad. I was there and this guy (the black guy) presented himself as a team player with a great attitude, a nice personality, casually & neatly dressed and highly professional. He was very courteous & arrived about 20 minutes before hand and also mentioned he had a flexible schedule and was very friendly with a very welcoming smile on his face. The Hispanic guy, on the other hand, wasn't much different other than he had on jeans & a t-shirt and mentioned he was only available some of the time & wasn't looking to grow with the company on a long-term basis. Now I'm not exactly sure if the Hispanic guy (or even the black guy) was offered a job or not but I sure noticed the difference in how the two were treated. Of coarse, it seemed very clear & obvious that they already knew they weren't going to offer the black guy the position...my guess would be because he didn't look like them...but that's just my keen observation. Now I'm far from prejudice, and I'm not stupid & surely I'm not blind or deaf. I respect & adore people of all colors & nationalities regardless of who they are or where they come from. However, to sum this up, the moral of this story is... DON'T SUPPORT CHIPOTLE OR APPLY TO WORK THERE IF YOU'RE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN!
