Comal is a gem!! The food is so well prepared and reasonably priced (unusual in today's post COVID age.) I'm honestly surprised that it's not jam packed all the time, especially considering it's lovely location next to a park.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Great place. Just be aware of operating hours as you plan your trip.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful lil spot for lunch with mountain and park views out the garage size windows. The menu is always evolving with a mix of latin, Mediterranean and Indian flavors. Despite asking and being forewarned, I ordered the shrimp Diablo, it was at the extreme end of my heat tolerance but i persevered, the shrimp was large and fresh and a delicious (albeit challenging) lunch. One of Denver’s gems

Pumpkin soup was good. Flank steak platter was dry and bland. Meat had nice flavor. Would try something else.

Great food in support of a worthy mission. Challenging to park with nearby construction, but the effort will be rewarded.

I love Comal! The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the rotating menu makes it easy to keep trying new foods (and acquire new favorites). Their mission and connection to a non profit serving Denver makes it even more enjoyable. I've only visited their new RiNo location, which is close to a library and a large green space. Absolutely my favorite weekday lunch location!

Phenomenal food, bright and cute space, and gorgeous Mountain View’s! My friends and I came for a birthday lunch, and felt like we went on a trip to another country, without leaving Denver. The food was sooooo good, and the whole experience delightful. I can’t wait to come back!

Delicious food. Abuelas are in the kitchen, so you already know what's going down. Great spot with views of the mountains while you eat. Don't sleep on this place.

Cannot say enough about how good everything was. You need to get the churros when you come here. Everyone was so nice as well.

I was really looking forward to trying CHFI, but was underwhelmed. The food was fine, not worth the price. I paid $16 for small plate of fajitas, beans/rice, and some undercooked vegetable. Likely won't return. The hours are a bit odd as well.
