I used to love getting a quick coffee before hopping on the light rail for my morning commute, but I will not being doing that anymore unless I have 20+ mins to spare. I usually don't complain about wait times or anything, but when I'm the only customer and my order of iced coffee and bagel (untoasted w/no spread) takes 8+ minutes I felt like I had to say something. This isn't the first time service has been shockingly slow. Ive actually stopped even trying to order if I see that there's even one person in line because it takes so long and I could miss the light rail. Anyways, the coffee is good and I love that they sell Rosenbergs bagels, but don't go here if you have to be somewhere anytime soon.

Stopped here for a mocha on our way through, and it was really good! The barista was very friendly and told us it was day 2 of reopening. To they had good social distancing procedures. Great place to get coffee!

We popped in while our train was stopped in Denver, not because Amtrak coffee is bad, we just wanted to stretch our legs for a bit and inhale some clean mountain air. Our barista greeted us in a friendly manner as he opened up shop. It was refreshing to see that the atmosphere of the shop was undiminished by the COVID-19 safety measures in place. The selection of coffees and teas was great, and the iced tea that I had was excellent.

Food was so delicious. Looking forward to returning with my relatives. I see why this place has so many great reviews.

Excellent White Carmel!

My go-to for my morning fix. The staff is always friendly to me and my drinks are perfect. A flavored latte can often be too sweet for me, but asking for half sweet does the trick! Great flavors.

Used to go to the Ink on Little Raven and was usually very happy. I always thought it was a little overpriced, but something I could deal with. That location has since closed and so I opted to try out the newer Union Station location. I noticed that the menus all have black tape over the prices of all the items, but ordered my usual anyway. Turns out my usual now cost over $7, for an iced coffee drink! I always leave a tip so this overly sweet 20 oz iced coffee cost over $8! I'm not a cheap person, but I really don't comprehend that price. Won't be going back, I miss the old Ink.

The coffee here changed suddenly! I've been iNk customer for 6 years and they used to have the best coffee. However something has changed about 7 months ago and the coffee isn't the same anymore. It tastes worst that's Starbucks now.

Coffee is good but, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't try their smoothies!
