The only good thing about today was that the BAD CASHIER WHO ALWAYS IS WAS NOT HERE. Before they had a rich flavor. Today we went and the bread was very burnt and the cake was dry and flavorless and the meat was very hard and thick. The truth is, it was the last time we went to this location.

Today January 2, 2024???Bad service, don't go to this place located in the mall.. We were served by the cashier with black glasses. The lady misbehaved and got upset for the simple fact of adding a cake. She made an annoyed gesture and her face. The food is very delicious but the way the lady treats the clients does not make them want to return and because of that lady many clients are going to leave due to the bad service. If you don't like your job, don't be there with your money.

The girl who answered the phone today, December 27, was very rude. We just wanted to know if she had carnitas and she said, I can't tell you what I brought the cakes. A rude attitude brought ruin to the restaurant. I won't call there again.

She has comments to say and a smirk as like a rude person this isn’t my first time with this lady being rude. If you can hand the service try the food. If you can’t lady is super rude. This happened Nov 7th after 5pm.

Rude. Called to place and order. After being handed off was hung up on. Then when I called back was told they don't speak English and to speak Spanish. Love other locations but this one was not a good experience at all. Never go the food I was craving.

They have terrible customer service. My bf went in today and the front counter lady allowed someone to steal his order that was already paid for. They looked through receipts because they didn't believe him and they realized he was right after he had been there 45 minutes. They remade the food and stated they would give him a free drink for his troubles and then turned around and wanted to charge him for the drink when he was leaving. They also must have new cooks and staff, because we used to love to eat there and would go often and after today we'll never eat there again. The tomatoes they put in our tortas were bad and made us sick. It's sad because this was my go to place and now never again.
