The owner hung out with us, talked about the process in making the various drinks, gave us samples, and answered every question. Incredibly friendly staff, great drinks, food was unbelievably good. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Denver! I'm Italian and grew up with authentic Italian food and this place comes really close. It's unique, trendy, and delicious. The fact you that can get grape infused beer with authentic Italian food blows my mind! Definitely go try it out! A little bit of Europe in Denver is never a bad idea :-)
