My girlfriend lived in Chicago for a few years, I myself from STL (no idea why you wouldn't put ketchup and mustard on your hot dog), Mile High has been on her list for a long time, finally tried it last night. As far as authenticity goes, it's a Chicago hot dog lol. Authentic Chicago in the middle of Denver, I recently visited Chicago great city and tried all the food there …….. But I can’t tell you how genuine and true Mike High Vienna is to its roots, from the fresh baked bread to the sliced Italian beef, fries that were close to shoe string size but definitely had a kick of crisp! I Definitely recommend, the Value and Charm Wrapped all in one!

Best Chicago hot dog I've had in Denver yet. And love the fries. Service was friendly and efficient. They definitely captured the no frills Chicago hot dog stang vibe... except it was WAY cleaner.Cannot wait to go back.
