I like their french fries , & bottomless when you dine in ! Kinda nice to be asked if you like it well done or pinkish in the middle , hence the name ' gourmet burgers ' . You can get your burger w/o cheese , so don't be afraid to ask .
Restaurant is clean. Counter service ok. Had to repeat my "order" 3x and shockingly it still came out wrong. At that point, I just ate half and left. I am so tired of paying $10+ for a mediocre hamburger. The location is nice, right in the middle of 16th St Mall. I'm sure there are much better places to get a burger. I'd encourage you to try.

Just went there tonight, a Monday evening at 8:15pm, only to find out that they were already closed. Had their hours been updated on Google/Yelp, I wouldn't have bothered even driving there.
