Simple & Elegant. For me this is one of the greatest compliments. The location is in a wonderful neighborhood, the building is warm and inviting, the menu simple and covers a breadth of savory and sweet ideas all named after towns in North Carolina and a build your own biscuit for those who want to customize. I think the menu had less than a dozen options all focused on biscuits that were just the right size. My Café Latte was very good just wish it had been a little bit hotter. My only issue was the ramkin of jam I purchased was way too small especially for the price. You always need jam with a biscuit.

Try to go on a weekday as they are rightfully packed on the weekends. If they have beer biscuits for the special that day, get one. Probably one of the best values in Denver, without sacrificing quality.

Chicken is bland and chewy every time, service is bad, they always forget something. Their biscuits probably come frozen or out of a can. Definitely not worth it.

This place is consistently bad. Every time I've visited, they seem to forget everything. I ordered a Chapel Hill with a side of gravy (gravy costs 2.50 btw) and they literally gave me a biscuit with a thin sliver of cheese, and no actual chicken or anything else. The funny thing is, the employees act all offended that you go in and ask them to fix a sandwich that you overpaid by about 8.00 dollars. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't appreciate paying 9 dollars for a mediocre sandwich and being given a biscuit with cheese. BTW, the lazy employee didn't bother to give me the gravy I paid for, so I guess you guys can take that 2.50 and put it in your tip jar. This has been consistent for me at this place, and I would never recommend it to anyone. And I would definitely discourage anyone from tipping for pickup, because I do every time and I still get lousy service, quality and everything else.BTW, the pic is what you get for 9 bucks (i have small hands too). If you want real quality, portions and service try Mr. Biscuits.

I love this place!! Their biscuits are super light and fluffy and the charlotte has the perfect amount of mayo so it's not too dry. Can't wait to come again!

Food was meh. Biscuits were dry and seemed almost like they were from the previous day. It wasn’t terrible, but you would find much better biscuits in almost any diner for less than half the price. There was a long line, maybe it was just a one off bad biscuit day.

This place is killer. A little pricey but once you bite in you'll understand why. Service is fast even if there is a line out the door. Also have a small bar with a couple taps with local beers. All in all my fav spot to swing thru on a weekend morning.
