They removed their lobby, and I waited for a friend (while sipping a drink) for 5 minutes and they kicked me out before she arrived. Was literally just sipping my frap and checking instagram quietly, not making any kind of trouble.

Starbucks coffee. East Colfax. Denver Colorado. First coffee you pay refills are free. Ice coffee .50 cents refill I believe. Also have that Starbucks app at Google Play store .Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are compliant!

Make sure to check your items before you drive away and ask for a receipt. No recourse if you don't have the receipt, and they don't even offer one. The link they will post to file a complaint is totally worthless.

Venti Carmel Macchiato and a brownieMacchiato seemed like all foam and no coffee. I could be mistaken. Ordered a lot of Xtra shots in coffee.A lot of money for maybe too much foam. Employees were polite.I do think they need too focus more on the craft of making coffee productsReally no need to rush my order just to get it done. Focus on quality! They weren't busy at all.

1st they took my order. Then they made it. I gave them a tip because their driver thru person was so kind — or so I thought. I asked for honey packets with hot green tea & lemonade. Didn’t get my honey packets. I had asked for a stopper 2x just to find out that they didn’t have any. When I didn’t get my honey packets I went back inside to ask for some. Emma was not so kind and seemed frustrated that I had even came back for some. She walked away after taking a deep breath and rolling her eyes like she didn’t even want to help me. It was an extremely unpleasant situation. I now wish I could ask for my money & tip back but I can’t. So I’m leaving this review. There’s no place to sit. The workers seem like they just want you in and out. I don’t go to this Starbucks very often and everytime I do I have an unpleasant experience so this time I’m leaving a review and saying their Starbucks is not so friendly and that any customer who goes here should go to colfax and Ivy instead. They are so nice warm and friendly. Much more better experience without a doubt every single time. And they have somewhere to sit w a clean place still in a worse part of town that this one here.

First time in this location and it was a stark difference compared to other Starbucks, because of its location. There was an option to order in store in addition to the drive thru and through the app. As the photo shows, the interior has a pick up counter and that’s it. No restrooms, no tables and has dystopian or prison like vibe. I understand they, the staff, do not want to deal with the unhoused population, but corporate should do something to make this a more inviting space for everyone. Loved that it’s walkable and the staff were friendly, but there are other walkable coffee shops with friendly staff, that have tables, restrooms and a pleasant vibe.

I’ve tried to order at this Starbucks twice now and both times ended up leaving without ordering because I was ignored when waiting at the register.

Wife and I were in the mood for some coffee after visiting the nearby botanical gardens, so we picked this Starbucks simply because it was close and she has been on a macchiato kick. This location is located in a not so nice part of town and unfortunately the interior reflects it. There is no seating, the parking lot is not in great condition, and I get the feeling they'd have armed security at night. Not typical for a Starbucks. Note I'm really not a fan of their coffee at all so rarely go there unless it's for someone else. The staff here wasn't very friendly and it's set-up more like a drive through. Just wasn't a great experience and to top if off the drink wasn't that good.

No tables, no chairs, no merch. No one at the counter to order. “Use the app please” is what I was told. Floor was filthy. Garbage can overflowing. I walked out. Very odd.

Stopped there for a coffee before heading to a meeting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The coffee were made so great quality. The variety of flavors were excellent. However, the prices were not reasonable. The location were great. Nice customer service.
