Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews? I’ve eaten here probably six times as it is near my workplace and every time it’s very clean and well-managed ..never a long wait and food is always good. Had a problem once with getting a gift card loaded and operating right and I came in and they fixed it with no questions asked! Great management!

I was just there standing outside I had my emotional support Chihuahua with me so I tried calling to order a sandwich but no answer? I opened the door and asked the guy working there if I could order a sandwich via right then or fone but was told I could ONLY order via the app!?!?! I find it unbelievable that I was THERE but couldn't order a sub!?!?!

Wanted to wash my hands before I ordered. Bathrooms are closed. Asked how I can wash up and was told by the nasty girl up front making the sandwiches to “lick my fingers” to clean them. Won’t be back here again. 11:45am December 11, 2021.

Just go to the Havana location!Ordered a steak and cheese for delivery from this location, my sandwich was all my toppings minus the steak and cheese when I received it.

I entered this establishment to grab a soft drink and a snack. The store was almost empty, no one was in line. With more attitude than needed she let me know she would be with me in a second... Enough time past for me to get annoyed and sit patiently in the dinning room before she even took my order. After ordering my large soft drink and 3 chocolate chip cookies, I left the establishment and through those chocolate chip cookies away. Your lunch room dining room eating space whatever you may call it would probably be packed if your customer service was on point.

I paid extra to have have guacamole on my sandwich and bacon on another and they will not answer the phone and will leave it ringing for 5 minutes straight and then hang up on you without saying anything. I noticed that there are many reviews at this location about not getting what they ordered on the sandwich either. I would highly recommend not shopping at this location anymore.

My son ordered through uber eats and I am not happy at all with this place. They took $6.57 for extra stuff not counting the extra cost for the "Pro" on our subs that we never got. We ordered all "Pro" sandwiches with extra added ingredients. The BLT never got the extra meat or the smashed avocado. The Steak and cheese didn't get the extra meat or the bacon. The Cold Cut sandwich didn't get the Monterey Cheese or the extra Fresh Mozzarella. I will never order delivery from Subway again. So very disappointed. I paid extra for nothing.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. They’re the closest store to my house so by location, the most convenient. I can count on one hand how many GOOD experiences I’ve had. I can’t tell you how many times they threw my order away before I arrived/hadn’t even started my order by the time I was told to show up, or how many times they closed up to an HOUR early but still took payment for the order I placed online. Refunds are also impossible unless you go I to the location that messed up your online order and hash it out with them. They’re impossible to contact by phone; either they don’t pick up, or you hear someone pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Just don’t bother going to this one. It’ll be a waste of your time.

usually love going to this store, but i had a $10 gift card and the guy with ponytail wouldn’t apply it. Kept scanning it and kept shrugging his shoulders saying it won’t work. didn’t even try. didn’t put it in manually didn’t call for help ,nothing. so i ended up just paying for it myself but i went to another subway and the guy just typed my gift card into the system and it worked. so goodbye to this store.

Please stay away from this location! The owner Michael allows his employees (Dominick) to treat people wrongfully. My wife and I came in today ordered 4 subs. Dominick slammed our sandwiches down and asked what we wanted. I politely asked if he was ok and he said “ ask me that again and you won’t get any sandwiches “ I asked to speak with a manager Christina which was a sweet heart. Told her I’m confused as to why I’m getting treated this way and the employee Dominick yells out in the restaurant she’s a liar she’s lying through her teeth! Didn’t care that he was in a public setting. Christina called the owner Michael I spoke with him however he stated a few times that he will not fire Dominick but will investigate the situation. I am concerned about the community’s safety as the man was extremely verbally aggressive. I was able to video the ending and have shared it.

This has always been my go to Subway until a recent mishap fell on deaf ears. I paid for a sandwich in the Subway App but upon picking up my sandwich I was told the system was down. I sent 2 emails to corporate and 3 to the franchise owner himself and no response. Seriously, it's a $10 refund or replacement sandwich!! Horrible customer service. Gladly taking my money and business elsewhere.
