Went with my boyfriend and experienced diarrhea after the meal. Wasn’t offered a menu but asked for one. We ordered abalone which was fishy. The sauce it came with was bland. Sea cucumber just ok. Shrimp/scallop bland. Noodles were dry. The food was just ok. But running to the toilet before leaving the restaurant and then having to go again while in the market next door was definitely from something I ate. It’s a 1 star because of the diarrhea. If that hadn’t developed I would say 2.5 stars. Below average and didn’t meet my expectations for dim sum I’ve had in Los Angeles and Austin.

This is a Chinese restaurant next to the GW market grocery store. It looked like a very old restaurant with similar decor. We were offered a variety of dimsums on a cart. The staffs did not even bothered to give us the menu, immediately started offering some food from the cart. We requested the menu, and requested sizzler, fried rice and a noodle. The food was decent but quantity and quality were definitely not upto the mark not deserved the price they charged. The entire restaurant was smelly and not too clean. The staffs do not speak English, we found it difficult to communicate. I will hesitate to recommend this restaurant. Hope they improve their standards to deserve the price they charge.Vegetarian options: Not many to choose fromDietary restrictions: Have some vegetarian optionsParking: Easy to find parking in the market placeKid-friendliness: Not really, they have a small kids menu thoughWheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have wide opening and comfortable space for people with disabilities

Wonderful place to welcome in the Lunar New Year's Celebration! Great selection of dim sum. Always fun to pick from the carts, enjoy favorites and try something new. Family friendly. Attentive, friendly service with only a short wait for one of the most popular times of year.

The food here is good. But I was even more impressed by the waitress. Her name was Cindy. She was so friendly and kind to us. She also spoke great English. Thank you Cindy!

Food is good. It's your typical large banquet style dining room. Condiment bottles at the table were not clean. And the bathroom is really really not clean. Not sure how restaurants get away with that

Amazing! The service is 11/10, I don't think I've ever had such attentive and quick service. The food is 3.5/4 out of 5 but overall would go back!

It's Friday, lunch time, and somehow I managed to complete a few personal errands. Shrimp har gow and lo mai gai get me through the work week. Unwrap the lotus leaf to reveal sticky rice steamed with pieces of lap cheong sweet sausage. Get a to-go box for dim sum to eat later today. Receipt included two medium items , one large item, and a pot of oolong. A lunch under $20 with all my favorite dishes. Fast service for a busy schedule.Parking: Parking lot includes cars going to Costco Business next door.

This place was absolutely by far the worst service I have experienced in my life. The food was good, that I have no issue, the server was rude and only gave the food never came back. the whole restaurant was empty so it's not like she was busy at all. it was overpriced and for myself and my 2 teens they charged us $30 over what that amount was supposed to be. we didn't even get glasses they gave us the red disposable cups to drink out of. and on the walk out the most disgusting evil hearted guy said we didn't leave them a tip. I said ok is tipping a requirement because you overcharged us. he said u have to tip us we served u. I said that's your job tho. he said don't ever come back your not allowed because u didnt tip me. I cannot believe those ignorant people there. I will pray for them and I pray for the lord to remove my negativity towards them.

Better than star kitchen and never a line for a table. You get what you get and if you know you know. Consistently consistent. Get some dumplings, fried shrimp balls on the fat stick and the fried eggplant is good+the skinny noodles piled high on the plate too

This place is hopping on weekends, especially Sundays. Fun to see multi-generation family groups coming in and locals bringing out of town visitors. The dim sum is craveable, from soup dumplings to steamed char sui pork buns. The XO noodles are addicting... Even when it is packed, it is a bit more chill than some of the other places in town.

There's this awesome little spot in Excelsior that you should definitely check out. There's a bunch of Filipino options, but also Chinese. It's certainly a local, hole in the wall restaurant. You can get full meals without spending much! Most of the meals on the menu are priced between $5-7, only recently going up. Keep in mind that they only do takeout and they only accept cash! I opted for a super popular Filipino meal, Tapsilog. I also decided to try their pork chop, which seemed to be the go-to option for many people. All the meals come with a fried egg, tomatoes, and garlic fried rice, which will certainly fill you. The pork chop was covered in a crazy amount of deep-fried goodness. The jumbo fried chicken was my favorite. So much food and so tasty. Definitely give this place a shot if you're around the area.
