I thought I'd give a fair shot and wait to see what it looked like half way through but it was hardly enough, but I paid for extra beef and this is what i got. I'd hate to see what regular beef portion would have been like. You gotta change your prices or change your advertisement. This food is falsely advertised.

The management at this particular Taco Bell needs to step up and retrain everybody a few months ago I was here during the day and 2:00 p.m. and the drive-thru was blocked off and all the doors were locked. Today February 17th I visited to get some lunch and it's 2:35 in the afternoon I ordered the chalupa combo and they said they had no chalupas so I had to change my order fine so I did except I waited in line for 20 minutes finally got my order and then I hear them say that the car behind me ordered chalupa's and that they forgot to stick one more in the bag. You tell me how happy I'm supposed to be about that when I worked up my taste buds for chalupas and I ended up getting burrito supreme instead is it compromise You guys really need to get your act together at this location. I am an ex Taco Bell employee from the '90s when the pope came through on East Colfax at Capitol Hill we served every customer there was and no one complained We were tired as all get out but we survived the Sea of people that came in non-stop so I don't know where the leadership is failed but y'all should hire me as a subcontractor to retrain your cruise to bring this Taco Bell up to snuff.

Instead of worrying about singing to your music y’all should focus on getting customers orders out on time. I ordered on the app 15 minutes prior and when I got there my order was not ready they were all clueless about the order and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. Whats the point of ordering ahead of time if they are not going to have things ready on time?? All the employees here are clueless

Although there were probable crackheads dining at the establishment, the food was good & everything else was fairly on point.. my first job was at a Taco Bell, they were doing everything right, THIS location is a good

It's been a while since I've been here but the Friday night crew we're great tonight. High energy, helpful, fast, all smiles. Pretty much night and day from last time I was here. I say give them all raise and maybe they'll stick around a little while.

I cannot comment on the service as we ordered online however It was prepared in a fast and orderly manner,the food is scrumdiddilyumtious I considered taking a bite out the plate I got all the sauces and they even seperated all the rice ect,Im not sure if that was intentionally but thank you! I personally recommend a chalupa with a blue freeze . To the employee who made my food you sure did cook.

Don't waste your time or your money at this location. I spent 47.00 for cold food, they forgot to put items in my order so I had to return to get them and after returning home for the second time we came to realize they added cheese to my pizza when on order Tix I requested to not put cheese due to the fact I can't eat it and they put chicken on a cheese quesadilla and my niece is can't eat chicken... These Fast food workers don't deserve more than 9 dollars an HR, wanting 15+ an HR but can't get a simple request completed like no cheese and mind you it was ordered as a cheese quesadilla.... Save yourself the hassle and drive to a different location... Negative stars is what I'd like to give to these individuals whom have no pride in their job/life...

Terrible location in the middle of a bad area. The inside was closed at 7pm. The drive thru line was super long and slow. I just gave up and left. I don't feel safe in that area. Cops had someone on drugs and parked in the middle of the road right out front. I won't visit this location again. Def don't trust the food either.

When I arrived the man on the speaker wasn’t speaking clearly so I could barely understand him, I ordered a Baja blast and was told they’re out but they have Cherry Pepsi. I order the Cherry Pepsi and then pull up to the window. I get to the window and the drink wasn’t on the order and coke to find out they were out of that as well. They neglected to inform me of this until I was at the window. I left and had to return because they couldn’t complete the order I placed forgetting the cinnamon twists.
