I ordered 6 soft taco supremes and cinnamon twist. They said they'd bring them right out. What they meant was to go park in front and they'd bring them out. When I got home they were not supreme tacos even though they charged me for them, when I tried calling them, they hung up before saying hello so I called back and no one answered. I won't be going back.

Trash been going here for a week almost only because I'm staying across the street and sometimes a 5 layer burrito isn't bad . But the last two times I've been here they got my food wrong and it's a simple item nothing extra ..maybe a Pepsi but even that was more CO2 rather than Pepsi . I have to give them a 1 and I hope this place just gets shut down .

I can't give zero stars but it deserves it because the service was terrible. I ordered a steak crunchwrap and it was HORRIBLE. When I saw it, it was far away. The coffee was horrible. It was also painted water. They definitely need to change the staff. Because I've ordered the same thing in others and I've never had it before. past this.

The girl who works nights on the weekends at this location has been by far the most nicest and has excellent customer service she serves well she ensures we have everything in our bag and she deserves to work at a better job than this place amazing woman ! Even offered her a better paying job ☺️

The restaurant was FREEZING COLD. The women's restroom was locked the entire time I was there. My food was subpar as comes ordered a five layer burrito and it was a taco in a burrito wrap literally ?
Quality is very low here. Drinks taste like carbonated water, cinnamon twists taste really gross. My food was placed in the bag upside down so it was just a mess at the bottom of the bag. Worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. Avoid this location.

I had a delivery request from this place and I read all the instructions or notes they left on the Application. However the stuffs completely ignored me while I was waiting in the drive through And I was so confused whether it was closed or they were working. I called their phone no baby answered. 15 minutes later some one come out through the window because I was there for long time. If you can’t do your job please don’t waste time for everyone.

The entire night staff will turn people away just so they dont have to make the food, literally the worst and most disrespectful service in a very long time but shouldn't have expected much from a taco bell but management should be eager to address their staff on this because its far from acceptable and boy arent they
