They charge when you substitute bacon for back beans. Lower price point item shouldn't be charged and other Taco bells do not do this. "Computer error" is not the issue. Human error is and other employees know how to do substitutions properly.Vegetarian options: Do not go here unless you want unfair upcharges

Friends food smelled bad and the drink machine broke when he went to get his. They tried charging me $0.05 for a WATER CUP. I’ve been to 30+ Taco Bell’s and 5c for WATER is unacceptable.

Some restaurants go out of business because they don’t know how to properly run one. I went by the drive-thru and it wasn’t but 2 cars and there was a wait. I think they should fire everyone and start over or shut this location down—before they lose money.

They always take a long time to get your order ready at this location. It doesn't matter how busy they are it'll take a long time. The staff seems to be quite unskilled when it comes to taking orders at the drive-thru. And if this was not the only Taco Bell downtown besides the one on the 16th Street Mall I wouldn't go to it at all.Parking: There's always plenty of parking at this location they never seem to be super busyWheelchair accessibility: All doors are handicapped accessible and there are ramps from the parking lot onto the sidewalk for wheelchairs to get up

The people in front of me at the drive thru were really rude to the attendant while ordering, but Rosa was so professional and really nice when I pulled up to place my order after dealing with nasty behavior. Thank you Rosa. She deserves a raise!
