The food is fine here, but I cant imagine how the lady working there this morning 3/16 still has a job. I’ve never seen her be anything other that despicably rude to customers. This morning she opened the window, shoved a bag in my face, and slammed it before I could even say hello. If this was the first time, I’d let it go, but this is literally every time she’s working at this location. Everyone else there is great!I will file a complaint with corporate today, and every other day I have to interact with her until she is removed. A person like that belongs nowhere near a customer facing position. Appalling behavior

I eat way too much taco bell, so i generally know which locations are good and which to avoid. This one is consistently good! The best grilled cheese burrito I've ever had was at this one! Only negative is the drive through design is super inconvenient if there's more than one car in line

just went through the drive through at 1145pm. got a cheesy gordita and crunchwrap. both were hot and fresh. this t bell seems to have turned over a new leaf. it was a great all around
Giving 3 bc usually this location is chill af. Gender neutral person working the window this morning at 10am was the biggest c U next Tuesday I've come across. Just a mean whatever they identify with type of person. Literally asked for water and demanded 5 cents like honey please. Secondly, asked for 5 of two sauces and they gave me 1 of each for 2 burritos. Fire them.

I recently visited Taco Bell and ordered a few burritos and a Crunchwrap Supreme. Let's just say that my taste buds embarked on a rollercoaster of flavors that left me wondering if I had just stumbled into a culinary theme park. The burritos were like little flavor-packed burrito blankets, and the Crunchwrap Supreme was so supreme that it might as well have been wearing a crown. I'm convinced that Taco Bell has a secret spice wizard hidden in the kitchen, sprinkling "yum" on everything. It's the kind of place that makes you want to salsa dance your way through the drive-thru. ¡Olé, Taco Bell! ??

Please hire more people and pay them a living wage or just shut this location down. The time it takes for service is unreal… 45 min wait for one quesadilla…. Everyone should go to the one at the Edgewater location instead and just save yourselves time.

I really gave it a shot lol. This taco bell is 50/50. You'll either get your order, or you will1. Have your order stolen by a door Dasher (not their fault) and then they won't remake it for door dash because they don't want to (policy?)2. Your steak power bowl with extra steak that you ordered just doesn't come with any steak in it3. They just cancel your order instantly for no reason when you order pickup. Bonus points if you're turning onto 38th when they do it.
