What beefy five layer comes with only beef and nacho cheese? They're literally called FIVE layers not TWO and we got a cravings deal yall manged to give us a literal drop of cheese in the tub but no chips not that we needed them due to the drop of cheese. No point in even coming back due to how messed up this whole ordeal was. Worst service.

I ordered a couple of chalupas and one came with a little undercooked flour. I made the comment to one of the workers and without asking anything or making excuses or justifying himself he just made a new one and gave it to me and it came with a cinnamon roll as a gift. They know how to keep a client.Also the place is super clean. I like me.

Didn't get sauce on my cheesy Gordita crunch, the cheese on my quesadilla was entirely on one side, and didn't have any cheese on 2 pieces, and I didn't have any sour cream or nacho cheese on my crunch wrap.
I’d like to preface this review by saying that if you order from this taco bell via the app, your order WILL be incorrect. I can’t explain that one, but it gets worse. Employees are clearly improperly trained and, from speaking with a manager, employees are also encouraged to put less meat/protein on the tacos served here. I’ve been stonewalled on multiple occasions from speaking to the franchise owner. Please do not support this location.(On TWO occasions, AFTER placing AND paying for my order, I was told that the restaurant was out of ground beef. I was not given the items I paid for and I was not compensated for those items either.)

If I could give Zero stars I would, go to any other location except for here.I placed an order through the app, pulled up to the speaker box to confirm the order to find that the speaker is malfunctioning.A girl walked out of the resteraunt and blocked us in with wet floor signs without warning. I left my car to ask if I could just pick the order up inside, all I was told is they had one person on cook line.So I got back in my car, pulled around to the window to let them know I had a mobile order and then got questioned on how I was in the drive through, it almost felt like they were accusing me of moving the signs.Once I got to the window I confirmed my order with the drive through, she didn't answer me at first and answered the phone and then only rattled off half of my order to the cook, before I had to remind her of the second half.I thanked her for the service only to get no response, understanding it's a stressful night for them, the amount of professionalism was extremely lacking, I will not eat here again.
