We are locals and have seen this place in much better condition. We came in and almost every topping was out, it was so dirty, food everywhere with very little help. Personally I don’t think it met proper sanitary conditions and should at least have the toppings refilled for customers. Very disappointed.

Very amazing and friendly staff, very clean. Lots of options of fresh hot and warm cookies and delicious frozen yogurt. Must see and experience if you are in the area.

It was very good. I liked the selection of ice creams and frozen yogurts and also the toppings.

A really great frozen yogurt place. They had many flavors and great toppings.

This a cute hole in the wall ice cream shop! And it's not just ice cream. They have dairy free, vegan friendly options too! And tons of topping to choose from. They do everything from shakes, smoothies, coffee, and crepes. Great place for someone with a sweet tooth!

With nobody in line in front of us, it took us 15 minutes to get two chocolate shakes and a cup of ice cream. It tasted horribly! Not recommended!

ETA: Honestly, I'm disappointed in the owners response. If you're able to reply with exactly what happened that there was a big order then the worker knows exactly what happened and when. Kind of fishy, sounds like they knew they turned their back to me. I was ignored not once but three times. I think it's great you try to stand up for your employees but you're also totally ignoring what your customer said and gaslighting them. You're making excuses as an owner. The employee avoided my eye contact and stood facing the blenders or coffee maker with their back to me. Again not once but several times. If she had a big order she could have said so and we could have come back. It's also not sanitary to not have hair pulled back while making food. Original review: The ice cream was fine but the customer service was horrible. Probably the worst service I've had in years. If you're apathetic about your job I get it but please don't be rude or ignore me. The place had several customers come and go but it was only one customer at a time. It wasn't super busy and there was never a line. The lady working faced the blenders or coffee makers the whole time. She refused to acknowledge us until after she made three smoothies. I thought about ordering a coffee but didn't want to be ignored again. My kid had to go to the bathroom and we needed the code. I went to the counter and was literally ignored again she literally wouldn't even look at me which is why I didn't order anything else. I don't know if this lady was having a bad day but she was so rude I felt compelled to write a review... I really do try to let things go and not be petty but it was bad. I gave up asking her for the code to the bathroom and went to the hair salon across from the place to get the code which is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to bother another business.. Why is there not a little sign with the bathroom code in the restaurant? It would help a lot. Why not consider letting people grab cups with a sign with instructions and pricing instead of having to wait through three smoothies being blended? People could grab their ice cream then pay instead of waiting. I could have let my kids grab their ice cream and then sit and eat while I paid instead of having to have toddlers wait forever.

Awesome!! Best place since Dairy Queen left the county 7 years ago!! Yelp needs more words

This place was horrible and the tables and location was filthy. They only have a very limited selection of ice cream and all the flavors were pretty gross. The table for the toppings was dirty and when I asked the young man to clean a table so we could sit he only wiped down the top and didn't notice it had ice cream all over the seats and the floor. I ended up having to clean this myself And when I went to toss the paper towel in the garbage I missed. I was going to go back and pick it up and put it in the garbage but the young guy walked over and got the paper and gave me a really dirty look and tossed it in the can. I was doing him a friggin favor!! Do not recommend this place at all. And it's also really funky location.

The froyo and soft serve selection was good and there were lots of toppings to choose from....unless you want hot fudge which was out and the teenage girls behind the counter were not going to replenish it. How do I know? They told me so. One of the girls was particularly pleased with herself and was laughing at me, which was very odd. If you are the business owner of Cameez, I recognize that good help is hard to find, especially on a holiday, however you really should keep looking.
I love the crepes and also the service is really good because they are polite and are fast I would recommend I always go and won't stop

I am updating my local 5-star review. A few days ago, I got sick here. Like always, we had ice cream at our favorite ice cream place. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, I am not going into details; it was terrible. I was the first customer of the day and thought maybe something was wrong with the machine or the mix. I told the owners; not to complain- I was worried that somebody else would get a GI problem. The owners took it very personally and started insulting me on the lowest level.Living in Summit for the past twenty years, I have never experienced something like this. "Happily, we don't have to deal with people like you ever" "Don't worry; nobody else is getting sick, our machines are clean, it is you." Laughing while chasing me off the eatery.I am still in shock. We previously had birthday parties and supported them throughout the tough pandemic times.I understand that you are two very inexperienced and young business owners, and I am sorry nobody ever explained this business 1-on-1 to you. CMC has great business starter classes; you should look into them. So now, suppose a customer brings an issue to your attention. In that case, you listen, and you show compassion instead of insulting and chasing them off the property. Read it repeatedly because this advice will prevent you from getting sued in the future. All the best.

A neat, sweet place that kids love. Lots of flavors, lots of toppings. There is just one price per size so you can really load up. This blows my kids mind! He loves asking if he can add on more until... Whoa! He says "whoa" and he knows it's done, can't hold another bit of toppings. So great. Little spendy, but it's the mountains so still five stars. Can't wait to try the creeps.
