You Insane if you do not eat here. Baja shrimp, Baja fish, and chili rellano are your only choices. If you eat their meat lineup you missed your opportunity. 5 star. I have been eating here for 6 years and it’s sad but true, this is the best food in summit county.

Found myself passing through town. Saw a local quick-casual burrito/taco shop. So glad I stopped. SOOOO much better than Chipotle. Fantastic protein choices with great add-on options. I try to support local, and with food this great it's easy to do!
Yum!This reminded me of a great place in CA that did baja style fish tacos and burritos!I got a fried fish burrito....it had so much fish in it! It was nice to be able to build your own.We also got a rellano burrito....the chile rellano was so crispy and tasty....yumWe also got a side of chips and salsa....the Pico was nice....the other sauce was tasty...kinda chipotle smokey.....but WOW....so hot!They were making some kind of smothered fries for another customer that looked incredible...wish we knew what they were before we ordered!

Love Chimayo’s food. We’ve been coming here for years. What I don’t like is the nickel and dime approach to their business. Extra for flour tortillas, extra for sour cream, extra for Chimayo sauce. A $11 burrito becomes a $15 burrito quickly. Just build it into the price. Either way, tell people before they’re surprised at checkout.

I love this place. It’s the best burritos for after skiing. For vegetarians the chile rellano (with cheese so sorry folks who don’t mess with dairy) is so good. The best vegetarian order in my opinion: red tortilla, white rice, black beans, jalapeño, corn, cilantro, onion, lime, chimayo sauce, and chile rellano.
