Not impressed. Our burgers were very bland. Fries and onion rings were mediocre as well. The waitress asked if I wanted a refill when we were ready to leave. Not attentive at all.

Ate there twice while we were in the area because there were two things on the menu my husband really wanted to try, Chicken Fried Chicken and the Salmon. He loved them both. I had the Mac and Cheese and the California Chicken Salad, good but large servings. I couldn’t finish either, which is disappointing when you’re traveling and don’t have a way to store leftovers. The Dam Straight Lager was the big winner, really well balanced flavors.

Big brewery with lots of outdoor seating and decent salads and beer. Good stop on your way into Denver.

Really neat brewery with lots to look at if you have to wait. I had the tropical hef and actually thought it was amazing. The Mac and burger were good, definitely rich in terms of classic comfort foods. Service was also super friendly for how busy it was.

In the mountains, wet cold tired and hungry. This is the place to get really good food. We just came back from France so there was a high bar but they certainly cleared it and Justin was an attentive and helpful server. The seafood chowder is great too!

The beer was good; the food meh. I had pork chops. They were overcooked, dried out, and tough. Go for the beer, not the food.

We stopped here for lunch and were seated promptly. The waitress was very attentive and answered questions we had about the menu. I order the Build Your Own Burger with Fries and my husband ordered the Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. He thought his meal was good and enjoyed it. I ordered my burger with no pink and it arrive almost rare in the middle. The waitress told me they would make a new one but instead, they cooked the patty with a bite out of that had mayo on it and grilled it more. It arrived charred and dry, she had told me they would give me a new burger but instead, this one was grilled again and burnt in places. I told he what had occurred and she offered to have them remake the burger but since my husband had already eaten his, I opted to cover my patty with mayo and just eat it. We did get a 50% off discount on my meal but not sure it was enough to go back again when we pass back through. I eat burgers all the time that are cooked with no pink and they are always juicy, not dry like this one. Not sure how a well done burger got to be a rare one with very raw meat in the inside.

Our foursome stopped for a mid-afternoon lunch and enjoyed great soups and salads. The spinach salad with grilled chicken came as a tasty generous portion. The house salad was also sizable and the seafood chowder was very good.

We stopped in because we needed a place to watch the Chiefs game. They let us sit in the bar for nearly 2 hours nursing a couple of sodas and didn't say anything contrary... we ended up staying for a meal and it was great. The burger was flavorful, the homemade ranch dressing was the best we've ever had and the salad was pretty darn good too. This place is in the top 3 of places we ate over eight days in CO.

We went over here after rudely being turned away by other nearby Cafe's and was welcomed with a handicap table for my wife right away. Food was excellent and waitress and service was even better as was the beer. Next time for lunch or dinner we'll go straight here and bypass the the attitudes at the 'Cafe'. Was going to leave a 4 star due being a bit pricey, but I changed it to 5 when I remembered I just paid $225 for 3 bags of groceries at the store.

Went there 7/12 during happy hour. Happy hour IS awesome. So awesome, watched this couple sit in the bar and ordered two sodas and 3 appetizers (half off). When they got the food, they asked for a pizza box and dumped it all in and left like it was the scene of a crime. No joke chick bolted for the door before homeboy could load the food up. Pretty sure one of em was an off duty cop too lol. They acted like this was a normal occurence. Classy. Kept eyeballin me prior to the robbery. I saw em. But they didn't see meeee. Wow. Business owner you need to address your happy hour, like dine ONLY. You're allowing people to sit in the bar, not drink booze and get food for half off... to go. Hmmmmm. Anywho, Waiter was THE man. If youve ever had him you know who he is. His service was GREAT. Biggest plate of nachos I've ever had. Coulda fed 4 people. Half off for happy hour. Beers were great too. Merch was decent. If I had to knock it, food took a while to come out. I'd go back.

We love stopping by Dillion Dam Brewery! If you can sit outside the patio is nice and upstairs has AMAZING views of the mountains. We have tried many things, but the favorite has been Mike's Ale Onion Soup. WOAH! After a day of hiking in the snow there was nothing better, the flavor was great. Highly recommend trying them.

Dillion Dam Brewery is a must stop whenever you are driving into or out of the mountains! It is located fairly close to Silverthrone Outlets. It has plenty of tables and seats at the bar. Service was great, the beef was great, and the food was great! I highly recommend trying their burgers and if you are not a fan of any of their signature ones, you can definitely make a BYO! I thought apps were a bit pricey but they give large portions.
