We were in here at a very slow time. They barely had any bagels and then took 35 min to get us our order, saying someone took it. We literally sat there the entire time and watched people pick up orders- it wasn't picked up by someone, they just didn't make it and cleared the order. Don't recommend going here, pretty poor service and confusion with a lot of peoples orders.

Went here on a Thursday at around 9:30am. It was crowded, our coffee/food took over 25 minutes, and they got our order wrong. I've been to this location a few times now and I will not be back.

I've been here 8-10 times over the last year. They have never once made my order correctly. I still come here because it's the only place to get a bagel sandwich close by, but it's disappointing. Usually the issue is when I ask for an uncut and untoasted bagel. This last time, I clarified with the person taking my order THREE TIMES that I wanted the bagel uncut and untoasted. However, it was both toasted and cut they face it to me, like every other time. The food is always good, but don't expect to get what you order here. When you question then about an incorrect order the just brush you off.

Had not been to an Einstein bagel in years and forgot how good it was. We had breakfast sandwiches, bagels and chi tea lattes. Everything was great. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly.

Ordered a honey whole wheat and one blueberry bagel plain. Received bagels cut and covered with cream cheese. Wondered why 2 plain bagels were so expensive. When this was pointed out, we received a plain bagel, not honey whole wheat and a blueberry. The manager was standing there no apology was offered, nor was a refund for the cream cheese I paid for but didn't want.

Horrible service. I felt racially profiled because they gave us side looks and messed up every single item on our list. We asked for a green chile bagel, no ham and chocolate muffin. They gave us jalapeño bagel, extra ham and blueberry muffin. We chose to not say anything about the bagels but when I took the muffin back to exchange- the elderly lady gave me a look and started laughing when exchanging the bagel with her colleague. Really ruined our morning and the whole vibe for our trip. Bad service!
