this place is the worst noodles i’ve ever been to. As an ex employee it is honestly outrageous to see a store ran the way this one is. upon arrival, the inside of the store was unkept. next, trying to complete my order was one of the most challenging things i’ve done in my life. not a single person in the entire store spoke fluent english or understood extra directions, like adding chicken or even barbecue sauce. I ordered take out so i was sitting at the counter watching them prepare my food with no gloves or any sanitary measures for that matter. Such as touching raw chicken, using their bare hands to cut or add toppings etc.. When the food came to the front of house i had to correct them multiple times while watching them make my food; simple things like putting the wrong sauce on my noodles. The most frustrating part is that I assumed that I had already corrected them enough times in store that they would be sure to get the rest of my order right. oh boy was I wrong. after my 20 minute drive home I come to find out they have given me Caesar salad dressing, but somehow forgot my salad.. that feels weird. Also, noticing they didn’t add things like chicken to my order which I paid an extra $5 for. so I decided to return to the store to get my $60 noodle order made correctly, and when I approached the register with my receipt and food items that were made incorrectly, I was greeted by the only man who spoke English (not sure why he wasn’t there earlier). he then tried to give me just the chicken that they had forgot to put on my noodles that have now been on a 30-40 minute adventure. Like, are you serious??? The only part of this entire situation I can confidently say I feel OK about is I got a full refund for the order. But I cannot stress enough how awful of an experience this was. I would not recommend any person under any circumstance go to this noodles and Company.

I ordered a penna Rosa pasta with extra spinach and mushrooms and paramesan cheese, they gave me no extra spinach or mushrooms and gave me feta cheese..??

Chinese, Japanese, gluten free, basic or added protein your choice, kid meals, fast service, plenty of tables, clean restrooms and tables, serve your own drink or water. We ordered variety of dish, the Japanese fried noodles are salty and the steak is chewy, not recommended. The Mac-n-cheese is ok and got approved by the kids. The zucchini with grilled chicken is good. In short, not bad for a quick group lunch. Again, the price per portion is on the higher side of fast food but the choice is yours.

Went in 12/11/23 for the penne with chicken parm and garlic bread. Food tasted great until it was all over the airbnb and I had an extremely high fever & cold sweats…

The cook was texting on his phone when I came in. Then he used a dirty rag to wipe counter tops and without washing his hands or putting on gloves he made my food. Very insanitary. Management needs to enforce food sanitation practices.

Food was really good so I give that a 5. Service was totally fine... not the most polite but like totally acceptable.Atmosphere wasn't best bc no toilet paper in bathroom and many burned out lights which made the place kinda dark. I don't have the best vision. I'd still come back tho
