Could barely get service at the tiki bar. I have never been so hard to get a bartender to take my money. I was the only person standing at the bar. Drinks were good only reason I didn't walk off is because of my wife. Worst customer service of my whole trip to Colorado.

The service is always really good - no matter how crazy it gets, home many tables they have, they stay calm and create a great fun atmosphereOur server Carla, was especially good - we had people coming and going - she was always there to take anew order or drop off some food/drinksFish tacos are very good!Cocktails are solid as well

Only good thing about this place is the lake. Burger was as good as a whopper from Burger King but double the price and they didn't have fries only bags of lays chips????? Service was tough, and seating area could use a lot of work. Place has potential with the location, but needs new management and alot of work.

Line management is bad. She changes the order on the thing and blames it on you when she told you to put it there. Happened the past 3 times we've been here so it's just not worth it anymore.

DO NOT GET THE QUESO! My husband and I drove up from Denver on Friday to check out Pug Ryan's Tiki Bar for lunch. Its a really cool spot to look at the dillon reservoir and check out the boats. We tried their house margaritas which were pretty good, heavy on the simple syrup for me but overall good. We put our drink order in and also ordered the chips, salsa, and queso. Chips and salsa alone are $6 and then it's another $6 to add queso. The salsa cup was barely filled halfway and the queso was so watered down it didn't even stick to the chip. I took a video but it won't load into the review but here is picture from the video showing how watery it was and how it was half full. My husband will eat almost anything and he refused to get any other food based on the quality of the chips, salsa, and queso. Which worked out because our server dropped off the drinks and never came back. They had a food runner bring out the app. The server was nice but she just disappeared for 15 minutes. Overall, I would probably come back just to sit and watch the water and boats but stick to beer and get food somewhere else after.

Food was awful and overpriced, waitress tried to argue when we didnt want to pay for the food we didnt want because it was so bad. Do not order the 12 dollar chicharon it is the gas station packaged kind. Coyld bring your own for 3 dollars.

Food prices are rip-off for what you get. I got the cheese burger and it was 17.50. This burger was such a joke for this price. Fast food burgers are better (taste and condiment) than this one. Bun was similar to cheap 4-8 pack buns you get from grocery store. $17 burgers should be worth the money. Not here! ALSO, beer is $8.00. What??? Yep!!!
